A device for an aircraft having at least one first communication with an air traffic control center. The device establishes a second communication with a remote assistance center and performs a first mixing of audio signals from the first communication or communications and of audio signals from the second communication and transmits the result to the pilot. The device also performs a second mixing of audio signals from the first communication or communications and of audio signals from the pilot and transmits the result to the remote assistance center by using the second communication. The device performs a relaying of commands received via the second communication to devices of the aircraft. An operator in the remote assistance center listens to the exchanges between the pilot and the air traffic control center and can exchange with the pilot and relieve him or her of certain tasks.

A communication system installed in an aircraft, the system comprising a transmitter configured to transmit audio data signals to a ground recording station provided with memories for the recording of the data, at least one audio assembly per pilot of the aircraft for transmitting and receiving audio data signals, a CVR recorder and an audio management unit connected to each audio assembly, to the CVR recorder and to the transmitter, the unit being configured to transfer the audio signals received or transmitted by an audio assembly to the transmitter and to the CVR recorder. A system is provided for the centralized control of two groups of radiocommunications apparatus and two groups of radionavigational apparatus mounted on board an aircraft provided with two flight management computers, each of said flight management computers controlling the operation of the radionavigational apparatus of one of said groups. This system comprises two control devices dialoguing with each other respectively associated with said groups of radiocommunications apparatus and each including computing means, radiocommunications apparatus selection means, radionavigational apparatus selection means, frequency adjustment means and switching means. These two control devices are adapted for controlling the radiocommunications apparatus associated with the other, as well as the radionavigational apparatus associated with one of said flight management computers.
