A method for measuring the position of a mobile structure in a set of reference axes, the structure comprising a plurality of intrinsic recurrent structural elements, comprising the following steps undertaken by a processor. Acquiring simultaneous images of the structure from a plurality of optical devices, each recurrent element being in a field of view of at least three separate optical devices. Extracting the recurrent elements from each image and determining their position in the image. Computing at least one indicator for each recurrent element detected in each image. Identifying each recurrent element by associating a unique identifier with each element, the identifier being related to the position of each optical device in the set of reference axes, and to at least one indicator associated with each element in each image. Determining the position, by implementing a photogrammetric algorithm, of each recurrent element in the set of reference axes.

Method for measuring the position of a mobile structure

An automated method for the non-destructive testing of a woven preform for the manufacture of a turbine engine part and including a plurality of first marker threads intertwined with second marker threads, the first and second threads having light-reflecting properties that are different from those of the threads of the preform and being woven with the threads of the preform so as to form a surface grid on a given area of the preform. The method includes determining, with a plurality of consecutive steps, the spatial coordinates of the intersections between the first and second marker threads.

Method for the non-destructive testing of a blade preform

A method of using machining to repair a component workpiece, such as a turbomachine blade, from a known profile of the component, is disclosed. The method includes deforming the profile using a morphing method so that the deformed profile interpolates a cluster of points measured on the component. Deforming the profile involves comparing each zone of the component workpiece that has excess or insufficient thickness with elementary deformation configurations (EDCs) each in the form of a mesh portion and of points, the elementary deformation configurations (EDCs) being filed in a database, the database associating the parameters of the morphing function with each elementary deformation configuration (EDC).

A method and a device for machining the leading edge of a turbine engine blade by a machining center for which parameters are set is disclosed. The method includes: acquiring a 3D profile of the leading edge of the blade; calculating at least one characteristic of the leading edge from the 3D profile; comparing the value of the calculated characteristic with a known theoretical value of the characteristic to obtain an elementary difference for the characteristic; calculating at least one undulation of the leading edge between at least two consecutive elementary sections from the 3D profile; optimizing the elementary differences obtained as a function of the undulation; setting the parameters of the machining center as a function of the optimized elementary differences for the elementary sections to define machining passes over the leading edge; and machining the leading edge of the blade with the machining center with parameters set.
