An off-road vehicle has a frame, at least four wheels, a left seat and a right seat disposed in a side-by-side configuration, a steering assembly, an engine having an upper portion, and a console mounted between the left seat and the right seat. The console covers at least the upper portion of the engine. The console includes side walls and an upper portion connected to the side walls to define a central cooling tunnel. The central cooling tunnel includes a frontal opening and a rear opening allowing air flow through the central cooling tunnel from the frontal opening to the rear opening.

An off-road vehicle has a frame, at least four wheels, two seats mounted laterally beside each other on the frame, a steering assembly, and engine and a cargo box mounted to the frame rearwardly of the seats. Each seat has a seat base and a backrest. The cargo box has a front wall, a pair of side walls extending from the front wall, and a floor. The front wall is disposed rearward of at least a portion of the seats. At least one portion of the floor is adjacent to the front wall. The at least one portion of the floor is removable from a remainder of the cargo box.

The cargo box includes: a cargo box body having a front wall, a pair of side walls, a lower floor, and an opened rear side; an upper floor supported inside the cargo box body above the lower floor; an upper tailgate for selectively closing an upper opened portion of the opened rear side; a lower cargo space defined at least in part between the front wall, the pair of side walls, the lower floor, and the upper floor; and an upper cargo space defined between the front wall, the pair of side walls, the upper floor, and the upper tailgate when the upper tailgate closes the upper opened portion of the opened rear side.

An off-road vehicle is disclosed having a frame (), at least four wheels () suspended from the frame (), a left seat (B), a right seat (A), an engine () mounted to a middle portion () of the frame (), and a console () mounted on the middle portion of the frame () laterally between the left seat (B) and the right seat (B). The console () covers the upper portion of the engine () and defines a central cooling tunnel () extending forwardly and rearwardly of the engine () which tunnels air flow around the engine () for cooling the later. The off-road vehicle also features a passageway in front of the central cooling tunnel, and a fan aligned with the passageway to increase air flow through the central cooling tunnel () when required.

An off-road vehicle has a frame, at least four wheels, each including a tire, a seat, a steering assembly, an engine, and a cargo box pivotally mounted to the frame rearwardly of the seat. The cargo box includes a cargo box body having a front wall, a pair of side walls extending from the front wall, a first floor connected to a lower end of the front and the pair of side walls, and an at least partially opened rear side. An off-road vehicle has a frame, at least four wheels, each including a tire, a seat, a steering assembly, an engine, and a cargo box () pivotally mounted to the frame rearwardly of the seat. The cargo box includes a cargo box body () having a front wall (), a pair of side walls () extending from the front wall, a first floor () connected to a lower end of the front and the pair of side walls, and an at least partially opened rear side. A second floor () is supported inside the cargo box body above the first floor. At least one tailgate () selectively closes the at least partially opened rear side.

A boat coverable by a flexible cover has a hull, a deck, and a tower movably connected to the deck. The tower has a central structure. The tower is movable between a first position and a second position. The deck is coverable by the flexible cover when the tower is in the second position such that the flexible cover is associated with at least a portion of the central structure. The portion of the central structure is movable to a third position vertically intermediate positions of the central structure in the first and second positions of the tower to tension the cover. A boat having a flexible cover connected to the central structure of the tower and a method of a method of installing a flexible cover on a boat are also disclosed.

Boat covering system

An all-terrain vehicle comprising a rear platform between the rear wheels providing standing room and access to the straddle seat of the all-terrain vehicle. The all-terrain vehicle may also featuring a rear passageway and a side passageway for the rider of the all-terrain vehicle to access to the straddle seat. The all-terrain vehicle also features rear wheel track which is smaller than the front wheel track.

Boat windshield assembly

A boat has a hull and a deck supported by the hull. The deck has a forward passenger area and a rearward passenger area. A seat is disposed in the rearward passenger area. A passageway allows for communication between the forward passenger area and the rearward passenger area. A door is disposed on the deck for selectively closing the passageway between the forward passenger area and the rearward passenger area. The door has a top, a front, a back, and two sides. A windshield is disposed generally transverse to a longitudinal axis of the boat. The windshield is movable between a first position where the windshield extends a first distance vertically above the top of the door and a second position where the windshield extends a second distance vertically above the top of the door. The second distance is less than the first distance.

Retractable windshield for a boat

A boat has a hull and a deck supported by the hull. The deck has a rearward passenger area. A seat is disposed in the rearward passenger area. A first console is disposed on the deck at a front of the rearward passenger area and forwardly of the seat. The first console has a top. A first windshield is disposed generally transverse to a longitudinal axis of the boat. The first windshield is movable between a first position where the first windshield extends a first distance vertically above the top of the first console and a second position where at least a portion of the first windshield extends a second distance vertically below the top of the first console. When the first windshield is in the second position the at least one portion of the first windshield is in a substantially vertical position.

An ATV is described with a frame and at least three wheels suspended from the frame. At least one of the wheels is a front wheel and at least one of the wheels is a rear wheel. The front wheel defines a front axis and the rear wheel defines a rear axis. A power unit drives at least one of the wheels on the frame. A straddle-type seat is provided with a main seat portion for a driver and a secondary seat portion, rearward of the main portion, for a passenger. A back rest is also provided for the secondary seat portion, the back rest having a back-supporting front surface positioned in front of the rear axis. At least one of the wheels is steered by a steering member.

All terrain vehicle with a seat backrest

An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) includes a frame and a pair of front and rear wheels suspended from the frame. A straddle-type seat has a main portion and a secondary portion to accommodate a driver and a passenger. The wheelbase of the ATV is increased in length (compared to conventional ATVs) so as to increase stability and comfort for the driver, and/or to accommodate a passenger behind the driver. The passenger and secondary seat portion are disposed in front of the rear wheel axis and moved closer to the center of the wheelbase. Moreover, the combined center or gravity of the ATV, rider, and passenger is moved closer to the center of the wheelbase to improve stability, comfort and/or safety. The driver and passenger each have sufficient space to actively position themselves without significantly interfering with each other.
