The disclosure relates to a patient support device () that is connectable to a positioning system (), such as a multi-joint robot (), the patient support device () comprising: a patient support region (), comprising a front area () which defines a support plane (S) for supporting and/or contacting a patient (P) and an underside area () substantially facing away from the front area (); and a coupling region () that is configured to be coupled to the positioning system (), wherein the support plane (S) at least partially extends between the coupling region () and the underside area (). The disclosure further relates to a patient positioning arrangement comprising such a patient support device () and positioning system ().

In order for a suitable restoring force to be exerted in a device for guiding at least one line of an articulated-arm robot, a restoring mechanism for exerting an elastic restoring force is provided. The restoring mechanism includes a guide unit and a slider element which is displaceably mounted on the guide unit. An elastic restoring unit, which has at least one deflection element, which is preferably configured as a deflection roller, and a flexural strand-shaped connection element, is disposed between the slider element and the guide unit. The restoring mechanism is housed in a closed housing and the line is connected to a slider element of the restoring unit inside the housing through one or two longitudinal slots.

In order to enable a compensating movement of a supply line () in an industrial robot (), a line guide device is provided that, in particular, has a telescopic fork design. A slideway element () is provided, which is fastened to a rear robot arm () and through which a slide rod () is displaceably guided. A first clip () is placed on the front end of the slide rod (), and the supply line () is fastened in a clamped manner inside this clip.

A device for guiding a hose of an industrial robot, having at least one supply line, with a guide element wherein the hose can move against the restoring force of a restoring element. The guide element has an axial guide segment for guiding the hose in its longitudinal direction and a compensation segment adjoining the guide segment. The compensation segment is formed by a housing configured such that a lateral deflection of the supply line&#x2014;in relation to the longitudinal direction&#x2014;is made possible in the housing across an axial section. The guide element is formed so that it can swing open. At the entry side into the guide element the hose is surrounded by an abutment for the restoring element. The abutment may be inserted in the guide element or mounted in a fastening clamp block.

Device for guiding a flexible hose and robot with the device

In order to allow, in particular in the case of an industrial robot for a hose assembly to be used, a simply constructed guide element which is flexible is provided. The guide element has longitudinal compensation for the hose assembly and is formed by preferably four guide rods which are distributed uniformly on a circular line and are respectively fastened at their ends to a holding ring. The supply lines running in the hose assembly can be flexibly guided laterally out from the guide element, to any desired sides, between the guide rods. A helical spring which surrounds the hose assembly in the guide element, is provided for a restoring movement.
