Digital workspace ergonomics apparatuses, method and systems ('DWE') transform user multi-element touchscreen gestures via DWE components into updated digital collaboration whiteboard objects. In one embodiment, the DWE obtains user whiteboard input from a client device participating in a digital collaborative whiteboarding session. The DWE parses the user whiteboard input to determine user instructions, and modifies a tile object included in the digital collaborative whiteboarding session according to the determined user instructions. The DWE generates updated client viewport content for the client device. Also, the DWE determines that client viewport content of a second client device should be modified because of modifying the tile object included in the digital whiteboard. The DWE generates updated client viewport content for the second client device after determining that the content of the second client device should be modified, and provides the updated client viewport content to the second client device.

Ergonomic digital collaborative workspace apparatuses, methods and systems

Digital whiteboard collaboration apparatuses, methods and systems

A table which defines an upwardly facing work surface and an acoustic dome for use above the table, both of which are suspended from overhead and movable in a vertical direction downwardly to create a work area, and upwardly for storage whereby the dome nests within the table. The table includes a plurality of alternating writable and tackable work surfaces and is generally arcuate in shape. The dome includes an upwardly facing side and a downwardly facing side including a smooth material capable of reflecting sound towards the work area. The upwardly facing side of the dome includes a plurality of sound-absorbing ring members to minimize the entry of outside sound into the work area.

Overhead suspended table and acoustic dome

A freestanding, mobile information posting unit for use in the workplace or other environment including a base and a rod extending upwardly therefrom. A plurality of posting members are arranged in a generally vertical manner on the rod for posting information thereon. The posting members are individually rotatable about the rod. The shape of the posting members, and their positional arrangement on the rod, allows the peripheral surfaces of adjacent posting members to be disposed in nonaligned relation to accommodate attachment of notes and the like thereon.

Information posting unit

A portable workstation or office foldable into a transportable unit including top and bottom parts hingedly connected to one another so that the top part is pivotable with respect to the bottom part between open and closed positions. A table top is disposed atop the bottom part and defines an upwardly facing work surface. The table top and bottom part together define an interior compartment for storing objects therein. The top part includes compartments configured for displaying and storing objects such as documents therein, and the workstation is adapted to secure objects on the work surface and adjacent the compartments during transport or storage of the workstation.

Portable workstation

A portable divider wall including a wall member of a lightweight foam material and two foot supports or feet located along a bottom portion of the wall member for supporting the wall member in an upright position. The foot supports each include a recess in which the bottom portion of the wall member is disposed, and a projection which projects into the interior of the wall member to removably secure the foot to support the wall member.

Lightweight freestanding divider wall

A presentation unit which includes a frontwardly facing, substantially transparent side wall with multiple surfaces adapted for the display of information thereon, and two pull out display panels storable within the interior of the unit and extendible outwardly therefrom, which display panels are usable for displaying information. Additional display panels are provided within the interior of the presentation unit adjacent the transparent side wall and are viewable therethrough. These display panels are readily removable from the unit and thus information can be placed thereon prior to the presentation.

Mobile overhead power/communication distribution system

A document storage and display unit including two vertically adjacent but horizontally offset shelves for the storage and display of documents or other articles. An upper portion of each of the shelves is defined by a screen panel and a lower portion of the shelves is defined by a trough-like tray which is usable for storing work-related items. The storage and display unit is adapted so as to be mountable to a work surface such as a table or is usable as a freestanding unit along with an upright stand, and is rotatable to any desired position with respect to the work surface or stand.

Document storage and display unit

A mobile marker board unit has a wheeled base which mounts a pair of upright and vertically enlarged marker boards. The marker boards, as they project upwardly, are rearwardly sloped to define a triangular storage space between the marker boards. This storage space is accessible from at least one end of the unit, and is preferably provided with structure which permits storage therein. A slidable tray arrangement is mounted adjacent the lower edge of each marker board and can be moved between open and closed positions. Each tray arrangement includes an outer tray disposed directly adjacent the lower edge of the marker board and positioned for support of articles thereon. This outer tray is fixedly joined to an enlarged inner tray which is normally stored in a closed position between the marker boards, with the tray assembly being slidable into an outer position wherein the inner tray projects outwardly from the marker board adjacent the lower edge thereof.
