A fluid integrating system () includes an integrating manifold () having two or more input fluid inlets () disposed at oblique angles relative to a center axis of the integrating manifold (). The two or more input fluid inlets () intersect in the integrating manifold () to define an integrating chamber (). The fluid integrating system also includes a pressure sensor () fluidly connected to the integrating chamber () that is operable to send a pressure signal indicative of the pressure of the fluid in the integrating chamber (). A integrating controller () is operatively coupled to the two or more valves () and to the pressure sensor () and is operable to selectively control the flow of input fluids into the integrating chamber () by actuating the two or more valves () based on the pressure signal received from the pressure sensor ().

An accurate measure of normally operating noise is required for a useful noise measurement system. A device is needed to make a representative measure of the boat's acoustic power using measured boat sound level with integrated corrections for sensed distance to the boat and measured ambient sound level. The system allows for a secure and standardized mechanism for computer engineering models to collaborate over a network in order to analyze engineering issues.

Method and system for creating designs using internet-based agents

A closed loop feedback control for enhancing the response of electrorheological fluid having a light source and a photodetector measuring the light transmission through the electrorheological fluid. A manually controllable signal generator generates a reference signal indicative of the desired transmission through the electrorheological fluid. A control amplifier responsive to the difference between the measured transmission and the reference signal changes the value of the electric field being applied across the electrorheological. The change in the electric field selected to significantly reduce the time required for the electrorheological fluid to change from its current state to the desired state.
