In one embodiment, a nursing cover is constructed of a flexible cover body that is configured to cover a mother's front, particularly areas exposed while nursing a baby. For convenience of reference, the cover body can be described in terms of a top end, a bottom end and two sides. A track is coupled to the top end of the cover, and at least one clip is slidingly engaged with the track to permit the clip to slide along the track. In this way, not only does the cover provide privacy protection to a nursing mother, but the cover also includes a slidable clip that can serve a variety of functions.

A shopping cart liner includes a body configured to nest in the child seat portion of a shopping cart. The body may define one or more openings positioned to enable the feet of a child seated in the shopping cart to protrude through the body, and the shopping cart liner includes a track at least partially embedded in a portion of the shopping cart liner. A clip is slidingly engaged with the track, and defines an opening for attaching an item to the shopping cart liner. An item such as a toy, teething ring, pacifier, or other item may be attached. The body may be padded, and, and may include one or more pockets. The shopping cart liner may include a seat belt for securing a child to the shopping cart liner, and may be used in combination with a pillow.

A pillow includes a compressible fill material and a flexible shell covering the fill material. A track is at least partially embedded in the flexible shell, and a clip is slidingly engaged with the track. The clip defines an opening for attaching an item to the pillow. Various kinds of items may be attached. In another variation, a slipcover includes a flexible shell configured to conform to an outer shape of a particular pillow, and also includes a track at least partially embedded in the flexible shell. A clip is slidingly engaged with the track and defines an opening.

A play mat is formed from a cushion material enclosed by fabric. A flexible rod-like element with a substantially continuous outer surface may be fixedly coupled to a portion of the mat. A slidable member is slidingly coupled with the rod-like element. In some cases, at least one article is coupled to the slidable member. The article includes a first item coupled to a second item by a length of material. The first item may be resilient so that the article is coupled to the slidable member when the first item is compressed and passed through an opening of the slidable member so that at least a portion of the length of material is positioned within the opening.

A feeding pillow is constructed of a pillow body that is generally defined by a medial region and two opposing arms. The medial region is configured to be placed near or adjacent a user's stomach, with the arms generally near or adjacent the user's sides. The pillow body has a top surface that is adapted to hold a baby and a bottom surface that is adapted to be placed on the user's lap. The pillow body further includes a fabric cover and a fill material disposed within the fabric cover. Also, a support member that is encased in a moisture protective covering is removably positioned at or above one of surfaces. Methods for using the pillow are also included.

A child play gym system includes a canopy that may be formed by a number of rods. A canopy track may be fixedly coupled to a particular rod, and a canopy clip may be slidingly coupled with the canopy track. A base may be coupled to the canopy so that the canopy arches over the base. A base track may be fixedly coupled to the base, and a base clip may be slidingly coupled with the base track. An item may include a body and a coupling member and may be coupled to the body by a tether. The coupling member may be resilient so that the item may be coupled to the canopy clip or the pad clip when the coupling member is compressed and inserted within an opening of the one of the clips so that the tether extends at least partially through the opening.

A feeding pillow is constructed of a pillow body that is generally defined by a medial region and two opposing arms. The medial region is configured to be placed near or adjacent a user's stomach, with the arms generally near or adjacent the user's sides. The pillow body has a top surface that is adapted to hold a baby and a bottom surface that is adapted to be placed on the user's lap. The pillow body further includes a fabric cover and a fill material disposed within the fabric cover. Also, a support member is removably positioned at or above one of surfaces such that one surface is more firm than the other surface.

Systems and methods enable attaching toys or other items to child care equipment such as a play gyms, swings, bouncers, changing pads, and the like. Attachment is accomplished by passing a compressible portion of the item to be attached through an opening in the child care equipment. The opening may be provided by a hole in the equipment, or by a hole in a clip engaged with a rod embedded in or attached to the equipment. The clip may slide along the rod to adjust the position of the item. In one application, rods embedded in a play gym provide a structural support for a canopy of the play gym, and also may receive clips for attaching toys or other items to the play gym.

Toy attachment systems and methods

In one embodiment, a pillow comprises a pillow body comprising a medial region and two opposing arms with ends extending from the medial region to define an inner well region. The pillow body is sized and configured to permit the medial region to rest on a user's lap, with the ends of the opposing arms being generally adjacent to the user's waist. A support member is disposed across at least a portion of the well region such that the ends of the arms extend beyond the support member. The support member is sized and configured to assist in supporting a baby when lying on the pillow body while the ends of the arms are generally adjacent to the user's waist.

A support pillow kit comprises a pillow comprising a pillow body having a medial region and two opposing arms, and a base member comprising a bottom and two spaced apart walls extending from the bottom. The pillow rests on the bottom and is held between the two walls, and a transparent cover covers the pillow and the base member.

Packaging for support pillows

A pillow for holding an infant comprises a pillow body having a padded region and a well region. The padded region comprises an upper section, a lower section and two side sections that surround the well region. The padded region further comprises a cover and a fill material stuffed within the cover. The pillow body angles upward from the lower section to the upper section such that when an infant is placed onto the pillow the infant is inclined, with the infant's bottom resting in the well region and the infant's back and head resting on the upper section.
