Features are disclosed for dynamically provisioning an application stack using a set of infrastructure resources. A computing device can receive an infrastructure template from an administrative device. Based on the infrastructure template, the computing device can determine a schema and an infrastructure as code. Using the schema, the computing device can receive a specification file from a developer device or an administrative device. The specification file can be a service specification file or an environment specification file. The computing device can inject the values of the specification file into the infrastructure as code. The computing device can use the injected infrastructure as code to generate and deploy the application stack to the developer device.

Dynamic service provisioning using templatized infrastructure resources

A resource service provider implements pool-based computing resource management. Computing instances are held in 'pools' based at least in part on the requested task, the identity of the requestor, and/or the external requirements of performing the requested tasks.

Usage-sensitive computing instance management

Techniques for managing multi-container builds are described herein. A software build task description specifies a build environment and the build environment specifies a set of parameters for building a version of a software object. A container is instantiated that corresponds to the build environment and build commands are sent to the container. As the container completes the build command, it sends a response that is used to determine a second command to send to the container. A status of the software build task is provided based at least in part on the response.

Managed multi-container builds

A computing resource service provider may operate a build service configured to store data object on behalf of a customer of the computing resource service provide. The build service may receive a stream of data objects including object objects that reference one or more other data objects. A Bloom filter may be used to determine whether a one or more referenced data objects have been previously processed by the build service. This may enable the build service to reorder processing of the data object based at least in part on whether the one or more referenced data objects have previously been processed by the build service.
