Processing method for inserting electronic devices that are suitable for communicating in radio frequency into respective rubber sleeves (); are provided: a conveyor () for advancing a first rubber belt () arranged along an insertion path; a first feed device () for placing the transponder () upon an upper surface of the first rubber belt (); a second feed device () for placing upon the upper surface of the first rubber belt () and upon each previously placed transponder () a corresponding sheet of green rubber () that completely covers the transponder (); and a cutting device () arranged downstream of the second feed device () along the direction of travel of the first rubber belt () for cutting out at least the first rubber belt () by performing a cut of a rectangular shape around each transponder () in order to separate each sleeve () from the rubber belt.
