A nut is employed to fix a faucet on a wash basin or a kitchen basin and contains an external driving member and an internal screwing member. The external driving member includes a cylindrical fence, an accommodating cavity, a first edge, and a second edge; the cylindrical fence has at least one limiting block and a griping face. The internal screwing member is fitted into and retained with the accommodating cavity and includes an annular cliff, a through orifice, a third edge, and a fourth edge; the annular cliff has plural slots longitudinally extending and isometrically arranged to the fourth edge from the third edge so as to define a plurality of flexible retaining portions, each having an inner threaded section; the annular cliff also has at least one longitudinal recess for retaining with the at least one limiting block of the external driving member and has a contacting fringe.

Nut for providing quick assembly and disassembly

A pressure balance valve contains: a receiving chamber including an external cold-water inlet, an external hot-water inlet, an external cold-water outlet, and an external hot-water outlet; a valve core including a pressure sensing fence, a first ring portion and a second ring portion. Between the first ring portion and the pressure sensing fence is defined a cold-water pressure cavity, and between the second ring portion and the pressure sensing fence is defined a hot-water pressure cavity. The first ring portion has an internal cold-water inlet and an internal cold-water outlet, the second ring portion has an internal hot-water inlet and an internal hot-water outlet. The first ring portion also has at least one first fixing slot for fitting with at least one first resilient loop, and the second ring portion also has at least one second fixing slot for fitting with at least second resilient loop.

Pressure balance valve

A spiral guiding drain structure is disposed on a toilet and includes a hidden segment and an open segment connecting with the hidden segment. The hidden segment passes through the toilet and has an inlet end leaving away from the open segment. The open segment is defined on an inner wall of the toilet and spirally surrounds the inner wall downward, a length of the open segment is at least &#xbe; circumference of the inner wall of the toilet, and the toilet includes a fence portion extending outwardly from a bottom rim of the open segment adjacent to an opening, and a height of the fence portion changes when an extending distance of the open segment from the hidden segment increases so that water flows out of the open segment, thus flushing the inner wall of the toilet.

Spiral guiding drain structure

A thermostatic element contains: a metal cover, a sleeve, a filler, a partition disc, and a piston. The metal cover has a covering head, at least two tubular legs, and a connecting portion between the covering head and the at least two tubular legs. The sleeve has a central channel and a seat, and the filler is filled in the metal cover. The partition disc is applied for separating the sleeve from the filler, and the piston is fixed in the central channel and couples with the filler by using the partition disc. Furthermore, each tubular leg has a cavity, and the connecting portion has a common room communicating with the cavity of each tubular leg, such that the filler is filled in each cavity and the common room. Furthermore, between the at least two tubular legs is defined at least one passage for flowing fluid.
