An HVAC control system for a household central air conditioning, including an HVAC system controller, a centrifugal blower motor, a compressor motor, and an axial fan motor. The HVAC system controller includes an HVAC microprocessor, a sensor, an interface unit for motor control, a power supply part, and a signal processing circuit. The interface unit for motor control includes an inverter unit and a rotor position detection unit. At least one of the centrifugal blower motor, the compressor motor, and the axial fan motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor in the absence of a motor controller. The HVAC microprocessor drives the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the absence of a motor controller via the inverter unit. The rotor position detection unit sends a rotor position signal of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the absence of a motor controller to the HVAC microprocessor.

HVAC control system for household central air conditioning

A centralized motor controller for receiving commands from an application system controller and for controlling operation of a plurality of independent motors. The centralized motor controller includes: a power supply; a microprocessor; and an interface circuit for motor control including at least two inverter units and two rotor position detection units. The power supply supplies power for each circuit part. The motors are controlled by the microprocessor via the interface circuit for motor control. The number of the motors is equal to or more than three, in which, at least two of the motors are permanent magnet synchronous motors in the absence of a motor controller. The permanent magnet synchronous motors are driven by the microprocessor via the inverter units, respectively. Rotor position data of the permanent magnet synchronous motors are transmitted to the microprocessor via the rotor position detection units, respectively.

Centralized motor controller

A DC permanent magnet synchronous motor, including: a motor body including a rotating shaft, a permanent rotor assembly, a stator assembly, and a housing assembly; a motor controller including a first microprocessor for drive control, an inverter circuit, and a detection circuit for detecting operating parameters of the motor; and an external control card including a second microprocessor for application control. The operating parameters of the motor are input into the first microprocessor by the detection circuit. The first microprocessor outputs a PWM signal to control the inverter circuit. An output end of the inverter circuit is connected to a coil winding. The external control card is disposed outside the motor body and is connected to the motor body via an electric wire. The second microprocessor and the first microprocessor are interconnected so that they can communicate.

DC permanent magnet synchronous motor

A DC brushless motor having an external rotor, the motor including: a shaft, a stator assembly, an end cover, a housing, and a plurality of permanent magnets. The end cover includes a bearing. The housing includes: an inner wall, and an end. The shaft is connected with the stator assembly. The stator assembly is arranged inside the housing. The permanent magnets are positioned outside the stator assembly on the inner wall of the housing. The end cover is disposed on the end of the housing. The shaft is disposed on the bearing of the end cover.

DC brushless motor with external rotor

A control system for electrical equipment, the system including: a system controller; a motor; and a signal transducer. The system controller outputs a plurality of rotation switch signals, and the rotation switch signals are high-voltage AC signals. The motor is a brushless DC motor or electronically commutated motor (ECM). The signal transducer is connected between the system controller and the ECM, and includes a rotation switch sensing circuit, a microprocessor controller, and an interface signal processing circuit. The rotation switch sensing circuit detects the rotation switch signals output from the system controller, and transmits the rotation switch signals to the microprocessor controller for processing. The microprocessor controller is connected with the ECM via the interface signal processing circuit.

Signal transducer and control system comprising the same

A blower including a blower volute, a blower motor, and a fan wheel. The blower motor is disposed at the top of the blower volute. The fan wheel is disposed inside the blower volute and connected to the blower motor. The blower volute comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, a cover body, and a bottom cover. A plurality of installation parts is disposed at an outer side of the cover body. The bottom cover and the cover body are embedded with each other and welded together or stuck together. The blower has a simple connection structure, high generality, friendly installation, and low cost.

Blower

A motor with a wire fixing plate, has a stator core, a stator winding, a lead wire, and a wire fixing plate including multiple fixed portions. The wire fixing plate is made of insulating plastics, and the lead wire is fixed on the wire fixing plate via the fixed portions. The motor features firm fixation and good insulating property of a lead wire and a simple production process.

An end cover for an external rotor motor. The external rotor motor has a stator core having a center hole, and the end cover including a body, a cylindrical connecting portion, and multiple protruding bars each having an arc-shaped top surface. The cylindrical connecting portion is extended from the center of the body and received in the center hole of the stator core, the protruding bars are disposed on outer surface of the cylindrical connecting portion and extended in an axial direction, and the arc-shaped top surface of the protruding bar is fit with inner wall of the center hole of the stator core. The end cover is accurately fit with a stator core, requires no further processing after die-casting and thus reducing production cost, and is capable of preventing aluminum scraps from entering a stator.

End cover and external rotor motor using the same

A starting circuit for a single-phase AC motor, comprising a main winding, a detecting circuit, a rectifying and filtering circuit, a triggering circuit, a switching circuit and a starting winding. The detecting circuit is connected in series to the main winding for transforming current parameters thereof into detecting signals. The switching circuit is connected in series to the starting winding. The rectifying and filtering circuit processes the detecting signals and the processed detecting signals to the triggering circuit. The triggering circuit enables or disables the switching circuit according to the detecting signals, so as to energize or deenergize the starting winding. The starting circuit features high reliability, long lifetime, simple circuit structure, low cost, and small size.
