An artificial chordae tendineae implantation system, including a clamping device, puncture device, a pushing device, and a clamp assistance device. The pushing device includes a pushing catheter. The puncture device and the clamping device respectively are movably insertedly mounted within the pushing catheter. An artificial chordae tendineae is accommodated in the clamping device. The clamp assistance device includes a clamp assistance arm movably insertedly mounted within the pushing catheter and a clamp assistance member provided at the distal end of the clamp assistance arm. The clamp assistant member is made of a flexible and/or soft material. The clamp assistance member and the clamp assistance arm are accommodated together in the pushing catheter. The clamp assistance arm pushes the clamp assistance member to pass out from the distal end of the pushing catheter or the distal end of the clamping device.

The present disclosure provides a heart valve repair method, comprising: advancing a distal end of a suture implanting apparatus from an outside of a body through a transapical approach into a left ventricle or a right ventricle of a heart; holding each leaflet of a heart valve with the distal end of the suture implanting apparatus; implanting at least one suture into the leaflet; withdrawing the suture implanting apparatus from the body; advancing a distal end of a suture locking apparatus from the outside of a body through a transapical approach into the corresponding left ventricle or the corresponding right ventricle; using the suture locking apparatus to lock the plurality of sutures; and withdrawing the suture locking apparatus from the body. The heart valve repair method has a simple surgical procedure, a low degree of patient trauma, and a high success rate of surgery.

An artificial chordae tendineae implantation system includes a clamping device, a puncture device, a pushing device, and a detection device. The pushing device includes a pushing shaft. The clamping device includes a clamping push rod that receives an artificial chorda tendineae, and a distal clamp and a proximal clamp for cooperatively clamping a valve leaflet. The detection device includes one probe that is movably disposed in the pushing shaft. A probe outlet is provided at one of a clamping surface of the proximal clamp and a clamping surface of the distal clamp, and a probe accommodation chamber corresponding to the probe outlet is provided at the other one. When the clamping device is closed, the distal end of the probe protrudes from the probe outlet and is accommodated in the probe accommodation chamber, and whether the valve leaflet is clamped is detected.

The artificial chordae tendineae is received in the clamping device. The fixing member corresponds to the puncture needle.
