A cooking appliance includes a housing having a base portion defining a base cavity and an open top end of the base cavity, a top portion alterable relative to the base portion between an open state and a closed state, and a base locking mechanism coupled to the base portion of the housing. The cooking appliance further includes a first cooking plate removably coupled to the base portion of the housing to close the open top end of the base cavity. The cooking plate defines a first engagement feature and is configured to be locked to the housing via engagement between the base locking mechanism of the base portion and the first engagement feature. The base locking mechanism is alterable into an unlocked state to allow the first cooking plate to be detached from the housing.

A grill device includes a support rack and a grill module. The grill module is formed with a feed inlet, includes upper and lower grill plates, is rotatably mounted on the support rack about an axis, and is rotatable between an inclined position, where the feed inlet and a gravity center of the grill module are respectively located at two sides of the axis, where the gravity center is lower than the axis, and where the upper grill plate covers and is locked on the lower grill plate by the support rack, and a hand-held position, where the upper grill plate is unlocked from the support rack and is rotatable relative to the lower grill plate so as to uncover the lower grill plate.

A grill device includes upper and lower grill units. The upper grill unit has a feed opening. The lower grill unit includes a lower grill plate having a plate body and a flow-diverging stage. The plate body has a central portion that is adapted to be positioned under and aligned with the feed opening, and a surrounding portion that surrounds the central portion. The flow-diverging stage protrudes upwardly from the central portion of the plate body, and has a flow-diverging convex surface that faces the feed opening and that is for diverging flow of a fluid material which flows from the feed opening onto the plate body. The flow-diverging convex surface has a top end positioned higher than the plate body.

A cooking device includes a lower heating plate unit, an upper housing member, and at least one positioning mechanism that includes a lower coupling unit fixed to the lower heating plate unit, an upper coupling member fixed to the upper housing member, an actuating member disposed on the upper coupling member, and a pin connected to the upper coupling member. The cooking device further includes an upper heating plate coupled to the upper housing member. Removal of the upper heating plate results in the actuating member being pushed resiliently to have a positioning portion thereof engaging a guiding hole of the lower coupling unit, so that the upper housing member is limited to move to be parallel to and spaced apart from the lower heating plate unit.

Griddle with adjustable space between upper and lower pans, including an upper shell, a lower shell, rear sides of the upper and lower pans connected through adjustable hinges, the bottom of the upper hinge seat extending downwardly and the top of the lower hinge seat extending upwardly to form upper and lower joint arms, a groove extending along the side of the lower joint arm, the top of the groove extending forward, a protrusion mounted at the side of the lower joint arm and in front of the groove; the bottom of the upper joint arm extending to one side to form a pintle which can move in the groove, and a supporting portion formed at the bottom of the upper joint arm and in front of the pintle, to keep a space between the upper pan and the lower pan by abutting against the protrusion.

The present invention relates to a grilling device, especially relates to a steam grilling device. It comprises a main body and a steam generator disposed on the main body. Compared to the conventional technique, by adding a steam generator on the main body of grilling device, the grilling device will has not only a general grilling function, but also has the steam heating function, so the heating of the grilling device will speed up, the loss of the nutrition of the food will be eliminated, and it also has effects such as degreasing and freshen, so the cooked food will be more nutritious and healthy.

A handle of a detachable grilling pan has: a main body with a downward opening and a window, both disposed on the top side of the main body, a shaft, a 'L' shaped hook and a spring. The main body is connected to the grilling pan by a fixing plate. The 'L' shaped hook is hinged to the shaft, and the long straight free end of it extends out the window of the handle, and the short straight free end of it extends out the opening of the handle body and toward the grilling pan. The spring presses against the long straight end to make the free end of the short straight end hook the opening of the shell of the grill. When the long straight part of the hook is pressed, the hook rotates around the shaft and the grilling pan can be removed from the grill shell.

A grill with a removable smoker unit comprises a pan, a body, a pan cover, a smoker unit and a socket unit, wherein the smoker unit comprises a smoker box and a heating tube member with two plug terminals. The smoker unit is removably mounted on one side of the body, wherein there is a hole in the pan where the smoker unit inserts into the body, and a removable insulation lid mounted on the hole. The socket unit is mounted in the body, and provides electrical connection. The socket unit has holes for receiving the plug terminals. The grill with these structures not only has the conventional functions, but also provides an optional smoking function.
