A gas-liquid separation device includes a cylinder, an external port, an adapter, and a gas-liquid separation component. The cylinder has a first cavity, a second cavity, and a third cavity. The external port includes a first port, a second port, and a third port. The adapter is at least partially disposed in the cylinder. The gas-liquid separation component is located in the third cavity. When the gas-liquid separation device is in a first working state, the adapter separates the third port from the third cavity, the first port serves as the inlet, and the second port serves as the outlet when the gas-liquid separation device is in a second working state, the adapter communicates the third port with the third cavity, the second port serves as an inlet, and the first port and the third port serve as outlets. The gas-liquid separation component separates gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant.

Gas-liquid separation device

A heat exchanger includes a collecting pipe, a number of heat exchange tubes and a distribution pipe. A pipe wall of the distribution pipe defines a number of through holes communicating with the collecting pipe. As a result, uniformity of refrigerant distribution in the heat exchanger is improved.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger has a collecting pipe, a separator and a number of heat exchange tubes. The collecting pipe has a pipe wall and an inner cavity. The separator is provided in the inner cavity. The separator extends along a lengthwise direction of the collecting pipe. The separator divides the collecting pipe into a first cavity and a second cavity. The heat exchange tubes are arranged along the lengthwise direction. Each heat exchange tube has a first end and an inner cavity. The first end of the heat exchange tube sequentially passes through the pipe wall of the collecting pipe, the first cavity and the separator to be inserted into the second cavity. The inner cavity of the heat exchange tube is communicated with the second cavity. As a result, uniformity of refrigerant distribution in the heat exchanger is improved.
