The present disclosure provides a composite substrate structure and a touch panel having composite substrate structure, for promoting abrasion resistance, visual transparency, and appearance. The composite substrate structure includes a transparent substrate and a diamond-like carbon layer. The diamond-like carbon layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and has a thickness less than or equal to about 15 nanometers.

Composite substrate structure and touch panel having the same

A touch device includes a transparent substrate, at least one reflection increasing structure, and a masking layer. The transparent substrate has an non-visible area and a visible area. The non-visible area is located around the periphery of the visible area. The reflection increasing structure is disposed on the non-visible area of the transparent substrate. The masking layer corresponds to the reflection increasing structure and it is disposed on the non-visible area of the transparent substrate.

Touch device

A composite substrate structure includes a transparent substrate, an anti-reflective layer, and an anti-glare layer. The anti-reflective layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and has at least a first anti-reflective film and the refractive index of the first anti-reflective film is greater than that of the transparent substrate. The anti-glare layer is disposed on the anti-reflective layer, and the anti-glare layer and the transparent substrate are respectively located at two opposite sides of the anti-reflective layer. The refractive index of the anti-glare layer is less than that of the first anti-reflective film, and the anti-glare layer has a rough surface distant from the anti-reflective layer.

Composite substrate structure and touch-sensitive device

An optical film includes a substrate, an anti-glare layer, a first anti-reflective layer and a second anti-reflective layer. The anti-glare layer is disposed on the substrate and has a microstructure disposed on a side of the anti-glare layer away from the substrate. The first anti-reflective layer is disposed on the microstructures of the anti-glare layer, and the anti-glare layer is located between the substrate and the first anti-reflective layer. The second anti-reflective layer is disposed on the first anti-reflective layer, and the first anti-reflective layer is located between the anti-glare layer and the second anti-reflective layer. A refractive index of the first anti-reflective layer is different from a refractive index of the anti-glare layer.

Optical film

The present disclosure provides a composite substrate structure and a touch panel having composite substrate structure, for promoting abrasion resistance, visual transparency, and appearance. The composite substrate structure includes a transparent substrate, a hydrophobic layer disposed on the transparent substrate, and a diamond-like carbon layer disposed between the transparent substrate and the hydrophobic layer, wherein the hydrophobic layer has a coefficient of static friction less than or equal to about 0.1.

A touch panel is provided in the present disclosure, comprising: a sensing patterned layer, comprising a plurality of first sensing electrode units not in contact with each other along first axis; and a bridging line, electrically connected with the adjacent first sensing electrode units along the first axis; wherein the bridging line are made by at least a metallic layer and a conductive oxidized layer. By this way, the touch panel lowers light reflection, thereby reducing flashes and bright-spots on the touch panel and improving appearance of the touch panel.

Touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof

The present disclosure provides a touch panel, including: a cover lens, an optical compensation layer and a sensing electrode layer disposed between the cover lens and the optical compensation layer, wherein an etching region and a non-etching region are defined in the sensing electrode layer; an optical match is formed by the optical compensation layer with the sensing electrode layer, wherein the optical compensation layer receives incident light through the cover lens and the sensing electrode to reconcile the hue of the reflected light correspondingly formed from the etching region and the non-etching region. The present disclosure also provides a method for fabricating a touch panel.

Touch panel and method for fabricating the same

The present disclosure provides a touch stack-up structure, which can be applied in a touch panel to make the panel have excellent appearance and reliability. An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a touch stack-up structure that comprises sequentially forming a patterned transparent conductive layer, a first transparent insulation layer with low refractive index, a second transparent insulation layer with high refractive index, and an optical clear adhesive on a transparent substrate.
