The present application relates to an opening and closing mechanism and a train having the same. The opening and closing mechanism comprise a driving device, a locking device and a support arm; the driving device is connected to the locking device to drive the locking device to rotate; a first end of the locking device is rotatably mounted on a baseplate; a sliding groove in which a second end of the locking device is slidably located is formed on the support arm; a first end of the support arm is rotatably mounted on the baseplate; a second end of the support arm is connected to a fairing; the driving device drives the locking device to rotate, the locking device drives the support arm to rotate by the sliding groove, so that the support arm opens or closes the fairing.

An SMA-STF based viscous damper includes a first connector, a piston rod, a piston which is sheathed on the piston rod; a damping cylinder; first and second end covers which are respectively provided at two sides of the damping cylinder; a second connector which is fixedly connected to the second end cover; and first and second SMA springs which are respectively sheathed on the piston rod. The damping cylinder has first and second damping cavities between which the piston is arranged. One end of the piston rod passes through the first end cover and is connected to the first connector, and the other end passes through the second connector. The first and second SMA springs are respectively held in the first and second damping cavities in an elastic state. The first and second damping cavities are respectively filled with the STF.

The variable damping module includes a magnetorheological fluid tank and a rotational inertia wheel. The power module includes a device tubular cavity, a driver, an encoder and a speed changer. The driver is fixed on the inner wall of the device tubular cavity. The driver, the encoder and the speed changer are coaxial. A driving shaft of the driver passes through the speed changer and extends into the magnetorheological fluid tank to be fixed perpendicularly at the center of the rotational inertia wheel. The control effect of the present invention may not be greatly affected by the change of a structural form and the change of an external load.
