An isolating clip for holding tubes, fluid lines and the like is provided with a rigid outer shell and a flexible insert. The insert includes an outer body and a tube seat suspended from the outer body by flexible connectors. Bumpers can be provided in the space between the outer body and tube seat to limit deflection of the tube seat.

A heat dissipation assembly for a central processing unit includes a heat radiator adapted to contact the central processing unit from above and a base adapted to support the central processing unit from below. The base includes at least a snap-on fastening mechanism adapted to snap into a through hole formed in a supporting substrate of the central processing unit. The heat radiator includes at least a fastener receiving portion for receiving an elongated fastener and aligning the elongated fastener with a matching engaging element of the snap-on fastening mechanism.

A fastener for mounting a heat dissipation module on a central processing unit, includes a shank having opposite upper and lower ends and a head at the upper end of the shank. The shank includes a first portion located between the upper and lower ends, and adapted to engage, by snap engagement, with a fastener retaining portion of the heat dissipation module. The shank also includes a second portion located at the lower end and adapted to engage with a matching mounting element of a base, thereby fastening the central processing unit between the base and the heat dissipation module.
