An integrated magnetic element includes an accommodating part; a current sensor disposed on the accommodating part; and a transformer disposed on the accommodating part. The transformer includes a magnetic core, a first winding including a plurality of wires, and a second winding, wherein some of the plurality of wires passes through the current sensor to shunt and detect current flowing through the first winding, and current values of the wires are detected by the current sensor to obtain a total current value of the first winding of the transformer according to a shunt ratio by the winding construction of the preset transformer.

Integrated magnetic element

A magnetic device includes a housing, a bobbin, at least one coil, and a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. The housing has at least one side plate and a bottom plate. The side plate stands on the bottom plate and forms a space with the bottom plate. The bobbin is at least partially located in the space. The bobbin has a cylinder. The at least one coil is wound around the cylinder. Each of the first and second magnetic cores includes a center column, a side column, a connecting portion, and a metal clip. The center column is located in the cylinder. The side column is located outside the coil and away from the bottom plate, such that the coil is located between the side column and the bottom plate. The connecting portion connects the center column and the side column.

A copper winding structure includes a first copper sheet having a first body, a first extending part and a second extending part located at two ends of the first body, respectively; and a second copper sheet having a second body, a third extending part and a fourth extending part located at two ends of the second body, respectively, the third extending part intersects with the fourth extending part such that the second body is partially overlapped; after the first copper sheet is stacked with the second copper sheet, the second extending part aligns with the third extending part, and the first extending part and the fourth extending part are located on the same side with respect to the second extending part and the third extending part.
