The invention discloses an application method of medium and trace nutrient elements for wrapper hydroponic system. The application method includes the following steps: providing a nutrient solution cultivation system as well as medium and trace element nutrient solutions for facility-based cultivation of wrapper; the medium and trace element nutrient solutions are applied in the cultivation of wrapper; wherein the medium and trace element nutrient solutions contain modulated components, 65-420 ug/L boric acid and 230-1600 ug/L manganese salt, the modulated components contain at least two of 310-690 mg/L calcium salt, 400-1300 mg/L magnesium salt and 40-250 mg/L ferric salt. The present invention can obviously improve yield, appearance quality and leaf tensile force of the wrapper by applying the nutrient solution with specific components in different stage of the wrapper cultivation, respectively, thereby greatly improving the industrial availability of the wrapper raw materials.

Application method of medium and trace nutrient elements for wrapper hydroponic system

The present disclosure provides a supplemental lighting method for vertical multi-layer cultivation of wrapper tobacco leaves, including the following steps: providing multi-layer vertical facilities, facilities including at least one cultivation rack having a plurality of layers; and providing supplemental lighting systems to each rack layer. For each rack layer the light intensity and light quality provided by the corresponding supplemental lighting system are set respectively according to a determined growth phase of the tobacco leaves during the cultivation process. The process includes cultivation of tobacco leaves through growth phases comprising a clumping period, a vigorous growth period, and a maturity period. During the clumping period, the light intensity provided comprises a first light intensity setting. During the vigorous growth period, the light intensity provided comprises a third light intensity setting. During the maturity period, the light intensity provided comprises a second light intensity setting.

Supplemental lighting method for vertical multi-layer cultivation of wrapper tobacco leaves

A method for producing sclareol by fermentation of cigar tobacco flower buds is provided, including: mixing cigar tobacco flower buds with deionized water, sterilizing and adding edible yeast, then fermenting at 25-30° C. and 100-300 rpm/min for 24-30 h. This method uses cigar tobacco flower buds as the sole raw material, without adding additional nutrients, and only ferments tobacco flower buds with edible yeast to synthesize sclareol. Meanwhile, this method has extremely high synthesis efficiency.

Method for producing sclareol by fermentation of cigar tobacco flower buds

The present disclosure discloses a tobacco leaf foliar spraying substance for reducing harmful ingredients in cheroot, a method for reducing carcinogenic components in flue-cured tobacco leaves and flue-cured tobacco shreds. The tobacco leaf foliar spraying substance contains a lotus leaf extract, the harmful chemical ingredients comprise N-nitrosonornicotine, 4-(N-methyl-nitrosamine)-1-(3-pyridinyl)-1-butanone, N-nitrosoanabasine and N-nitrosoanatabine. Foliar spraying is performed on a fertile field by using the lotus leaf extract before tobacco leaves are harvested and modulated, which not only significantly promotesagronomic characters and economic traits of tobacco and alleviates tobacco leaf browning but also effectively reduces harmful chemical ingredients unique to tobacco leaves, such as nitrosamine and nicotine.

Tobacco leaf foliar spraying substance and method for reducing harmful ingredients in cheroot and tobacco shreds

A method for controlling tobacco bacterial wilt and an application of NaHS in controlling the tobacco bacterial wilt are provided by the present disclosure, and the disclosure belongs to the technical field of plant disease control. By measuring the growth effect ofin tobacco through plate and shake bottle experiments, the disclosure finds the NaHS has an inhibiting effect on the growth of the pathogen of bacterial wilt; and the influence of different concentration of NaHS on the incidence of bacterial wilt in tobacco is detected, and the result also shows that NaHS has a good effect on resisting bacterial wilt in tobacco. The disclosure finds and proves for the first time that NaHS is an effective antibacterial substance against bacterial wilt and provides a new method for prevention and controlling of the tobacco bacterial wilt.

Method for controlling tobacco bacterial wilt and application of NaHS in controlling tobacco bacterial wilt

One aspect of the invention provides an agent for reducing nicotine and harmful components in tobacco leaves for use in the field cultivation of tobacco. In one embodiment, the agent contains (in a weight percentage): salicylic acid 0.005-0.16%, naphthaleneacetic acid 0-0.003%, indoleacetic acid 0-0.015%, and clean water added to 100%. The composition can significantly reduce nicotine and harmful components in tobacco leaves by applying it to tobacco plant in top pruning period of tobacco. The combination of salicylic acid, naphthaleneacetic acid and indoleacetic acid provides synergic effect for reducing nicotine. The nicotine-reducing agent also can result in a yield increase and improve the aroma of tobacco.
