The access apparatus includes: two E1 interfaces, eight optical fiber interfaces, a CPU and an FPGA. The two E1 interfaces are respectively connected to a control apparatus A and a control apparatus B of a control substation. The eight optical fiber interfaces are respectively connected to eight control terminals. The FPGA includes eight optical fiber transceivers respectively connected to the eight optical fiber interfaces through serial interfaces, and two E1 transceivers respectively connected to the two E1 interfaces through serial interfaces. Each optical fiber transceiver includes a reset submodule. Each E1 transceiver also includes a reset submodule. The CPU is connected to the FPGA through a parallel bus.

Load shedding system, communication method and access apparatus thereof

Data quality of Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) is receiving increasing attention as it has been identified as one of the limiting factors that affect many wide-area measurement system (WAMS) based applications. In general, existing PMU calibration methods include offline testing and model based approaches. However, in practice, the effectiveness of both is limited due to the very strong assumptions employed. This invention presents a novel framework for online error detection and calibration of PMU measurement using density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) based on much relaxed assumptions. With a new problem formulation, the proposed data mining based methodology is applicable across a wide spectrum of practical conditions and one side-product of it is more accurate transmission line parameters for the energy management system (EMS) database and protective relay settings. Case studies are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Data mining based approach for online calibration of phasor measurement unit (PMU)

Disclosed are a method for searching a cross-regional power supply area based on a common information model (CIM) and a system thereof. In the method, a hash function is first created according to a size of a power grid in which a power source is located; identification numbers of all devices in the power grid are mapped to a discrete hash table according to the hash function, and a collision is solved by using separate chaining; and a hash topological graph of the power grid is formed by using the discrete hash table; and a power supply area of a designated device is searched by using the hash topological graph. According to the present invention, devices in a power supply area are located rapidly and accurately by creating a discrete hash table for all device resources, so that the amount of computation is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of searching the power supply area is significantly improved.

Method for searching cross-regional power supply area based on CIM model and system thereof

The invention provides an automatic mapping method for a distribution network based on logical layout. The method includes: (1) pretreating a model of the distribution network model by analyzing it, and partitioning and striping the distribution network model to generate a plurality of partial models; (2) analyzing an automatic mapping algorithm to be utilized by comparing a distribution network graph obtained by the algorithm with the distribution network model; (3) achieving automatic layout of the partial models or the whole distribution network model on the basis of analysis of the automatic mapping algorithm to be utilized; and (4) analyzing and treating the automatic layout to achieve the generation of the distribution network graph with a desired practical effect.
