The silicon-based anode material comprises a silicon-based active material and a composite layer that coats the surface of the silicon-based active material, wherein the composite layer comprises a flexible polymer, flake graphite and a conductive material. The preparation method according to the present application is simple, low cost, easy to be industrialized. The prepared silicon-based anode material has excellent electrochemical cycle performance and expansion inhibition and allows prolonged service life of lithium ion batteries.

In Raman spectrum, the composite negative electrode material has a silicon characteristic peak A between 450 cm-550 cm, a carbon characteristic peak B between 1300 cm-1400 cm, a carbon characteristic peak C between 1530 cm-1630 cm, and a graphene structure characteristic peak D between 2500 cm-2750 cm. The preparation method comprises: in protective atmosphere, introducing reaction gas to react with silicon-containing particles, the reaction temperature being 700° C.-1450° C., and the reaction gas comprising a carbon-containing gas, so that at least part of the surface of silicon-containing particles form a carbon coating layer, so as to obtain the composite negative electrode material.

The silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material comprises a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material comprising SiO, non-LiSiOlithium-containing compound, and LiSiO; said LiSiOis coated on the surface of the non-LiSiOlithium-containing compound; 0≤x≤1.2. The preparation method comprises: mixing a first silicon source with a reducing lithium source and roasting, to obtain a composite material containing a non-LiSiOlithium-containing compound; the composite material containing the non-LiSiOlithium-containing compound is fused with a second silicon source and then subjected to heat treatment to obtain a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material. The silicon-oxygen composite anode material provided by the present application is coated with LiSiO, solving the problem in the prior art of a negative electrode material producing strong alkaline or easily soluble by-products in water after pre-lithiation and affecting subsequent processing.

The present application provides a composite negative electrode material of a lithium ion battery, a preparation method thereof and the use thereof in a lithium ion battery. The composite negative electrode material includes a SiO-based active material and a polycarbonate coating layer coated on a surface of the SiO-based active material. The method includes: (1) preparing a monomer solution of unsaturated carbonate; (2) polymerizing the monomer in presence of a polymerization catalyst to obtain a polymer solution; and (3) adding a SiO-based active material, water and a polymer catalyst to the polymer solution, and further polymerizing to coat the SiO-based active material, to obtain the composite negative electrode material.

The method comprises: 1) dissolving the flexible polymer in a solvent; 2) adding the flake graphite and the conductive material into the flexible polymer solution obtained in step 1) while stirring; 3) adding an anti-solvent to the mixed coating solution obtained in step 2) and stirring; 4) adding the silicon-based active material to the supersaturated mixed coating solution obtained in step 3) while stirring, and then stirring and separating; and 5) carrying out thermal treatment to obtain the silicon-based negative electrode material.

The present invention discloses an equipment and process for preparing silicon oxides, and relates to the field of chemical equipments. Said equipment comprises at least one tank having opening(s) at at least one end thereof and comprising a reaction unit and a collection unit, wherein the reaction unit is used for placing raw materials therein; and the collection unit is used for placing a collector therein which is placed at the opening end of the tank; and the reaction unit is placed away from the opening end of the tank and placed inside a heating furnace; the collection unit and opening(s) are both placed outside the heating furnace; the tank is vacuumized via a port; and a tank lid is used for opening or closing the opening(s) of the tank. The preparation process uses such equipment. The present invention solves the problems of great energy consumption and low efficiency caused by the fact that the previous equipment and process for preparing silicon oxides are unable to achieve continuous production.
