An apparatus for installing LED light bar is provided. The apparatus includes a platform at which a component with a LED light bar to be installed is placed; a rotatable arm and a first driving device disposed on a side of the platform. The rotatable arm is provided with a locating member, and one end of the arm is fixed relative to the platform; the first driving device drives the arm to rotate about the fixed end from a first position to a second position. When the arm is located at the first position, the LED light bar to be installed may be placed at the arm, and the locating member may fix the LED light bar on a predetermined position of the arm; when the arm rotates to the second position, the LED light bar adheres to the surface of the component for installing the LED light bar thereon.

A cutting apparatus for a tape, on a tape conveying path, sequentially including: a feeding assembly, configured to release the tape at an upstream of the tape conveying path; an roller assembly, including a first roller and a second roller opposite to each other and configured to clamp at least part of the tape therebetween and drive the tape to move on the tape conveying path by rotation of at least one of the first roller and the second roller; and a cutter assembly, configured to cut the tape at a downstream of the tape conveying path, wherein, the cutting apparatus further includes a control assembly, configured to control the cutter assembly to cut the tape according to rotation of at least one of the first roller and the second roller. A testing circuit for backlight source is provided. The testing circuit includes: a power module; a first ON/OFF module; a second ON/OFF module, the power module, the first ON/OFF module and the second ON/OFF module being connected in series; a control module electrically connected to the first ON/OFF module and the second ON/OFF module respectively; and a parallel branch connected in parallel with the second ON/OFF module. The backlight source is connected in the parallel branch, and the control module is configured to control the first ON/OFF module to switched to an ON state from an OFF state when the control module receives a control signal, and to control the second ON/OFF module to be switched to an OFF state from an ON state after a predetermined time delay.

The present invention relates to a backlight inspection equipment comprising a carrying platform configured to dispose a backlight to be inspected and an inspection plate movably disposed relative to the carrying platform. The inspection plate moves from a first position to a second position. When the inspection plate is disposed at the first position, a first light emitting region of the backlight to be inspected is exposed and a second light emitting region which is a region other than the first light emitting region is blocked. When the inspection plate is disposed at the second position, a third light emitting region of the backlight to be inspected, which is different from the first light emitting region, is exposed, and a fourth light emitting region which is a region other than third light emitting region is blocked.

The film coating apparatus comprises a feeding unit, an attaching unit and a cutting unit, which are arranged on a base, wherein the feeding unit is configured to feed a film to be attached to the surface of a product; the attaching unit is connected to the feeding unit and configured to attach the film onto the surface of the product; and the cutting unit is connected to the feeding unit and configured to cut the film. According to the present invention, the film coating of a light guide plate, a semi-finished backlight product and a finished backlight product can be achieved, the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced, the productivity is liberated, and the production efficiency is further improved. Meanwhile, coating deviation resulted from human factors is avoided, and the bottleneck in the automation of producing TFT-LCDs is overcome.
