This application provides an optical emission apparatus, an optical communication system, and an optical communication method. Light beams of N optical emission units in the optical emission apparatus are adjusted, so that an optical power of entering an optical receiving apparatus is maximized, and impact of a speckle caused by turbulence is minimized, thereby improving receiving efficiency of an optical antenna. The optical emission apparatus includes a first optical splitter and N optical emission units, where N is an integer greater than 1; the first optical splitter is configured to transmit received same signal light to the N optical emission units; and the N optical emission units are configured to output the signal light from the first optical splitter, to obtain light beams distributed based on a preset proportion.

Optical emission apparatus, optical communication system, and optical communication method

A space optical coupling apparatus, including M first couplers, a phase adjustment apparatus, N beam splitters, M second couplers, a coupling apparatus, and a controller. The first coupler receives a beam, and couples the beam to the phase adjustment apparatus. The phase adjustment apparatus includes M phase adjusters, N beam splitters, and N detectors. Each beam splitter is configured to split a received beam into two beams, one sent to a corresponding detector and the other sent to a corresponding phase adjuster. The second coupler receives output light from the coupling apparatus, and transmits the output light into the space. The coupling apparatus is configured to couple a beam onto a single-mode fiber. The controller is configured to control, based on the beam intensity detected by the detector and the beam intensity on the single-mode fiber, the M phase adjusters to adjust the phases of the received beams.

Space optical coupling apparatus

A super-resolution X-ray shadowgraph system includes an X-ray source, a sample stage, an X-ray detector and an image reconstruction device, which are arranged in sequence. Geometric centers of the X-ray source, the sample stage and the X-ray detector are collinear. The geometric center of the sample stage is provided with a through hole for placing a testing sample, the X-ray source is used for providing X-rays, and the X-rays penetrate the sample stage to form an image on the X-ray detector. The image reconstruction device is used for acquiring the image and performing an image reconstruction on the image to obtain a new image. The shadowgraph system and the imaging method therefor can overcome a deficiency of a lower resolution of the image limited by a size of the source, thereafter obtaining a clear shadowgraph with a high resolution.

Super-resolution X-ray shadowgraph system and imaging method therefor

This application provides an optical switching apparatus. The apparatus includes: a first optical switch, L first wavelength division multiplexers/demultiplexers, L second wavelength division multiplexers/demultiplexers, a beam generation apparatus connected to the L first wavelength division multiplexers/demultiplexers, and a detection apparatus connected to the L second wavelength division multiplexers/demultiplexers. One of a plurality of multiplexing ports of the first wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer is a signal light port, and a remaining multiplexing port is connected to the beam generation apparatus. A plurality of demultiplexing ports of the first wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer are connected to the first optical switch. One of a plurality of multiplexing ports of the second wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer is a signal light port, and a remaining multiplexing port is connected to the detection apparatus. A plurality of demultiplexing ports of the second wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer are connected to the first optical switch.

Optical switching apparatus and system, and power calculation method

A method and apparatus is provided for control of plural optical phase shifters in an optical device, such as a Mach-Zehnder Interferometer switch. Drive signal magnitude is set using a level setting input and is used for operating both phase shifters, which may have similar characteristics due to co-location and co-manufacture. A device state control signal selects which of the phase shifters receives the drive signal. One or more switches may be used to route the drive signal to the selected phase shifter. Separate level control circuits and state control circuits operating at different speeds may be employed. When the phase shifters are asymmetrically conducting (e.g. carrier injection) phase shifters, a bi-polar drive circuit can be employed. In this case, the phase shifters can be connected in reverse-parallel, and the drive signal polarity can be switchably reversed in order to drive a selected one of the phase shifters.

Method and apparatus for control of optical phase shifters in an optical device

A device, method, and a data storage medium, configured to enhance an item access bandwidth and atomic operation are provided. The device comprises: a comparison module, a cache, and a distribution module; wherein the comparison module is configured to receive a query request from a service side, determine whether an address pointed to by the query request and an item address stored in the cache are identical. If so, and a valid identifier vld is valid, the comparison module is configured to directly return the item data stored in the cache to the service side without initiating a request for looking up an off-chip memory, so as to reduce a frequency of accessing the off-chip memory. If not, the comparison module is configured to initiate a request for looking up the off-chip memory, so as to process, according to a first preconfigured rule, item data returned by the off-chip memory.

Device and method for enhancing item access bandwidth and atomic operation

This application discloses a method and an apparatus for controlling an optical switch matrix. The method includes: setting row drives corresponding to P input ports to a reset row drive value, and setting column drives corresponding to Q output ports to a reset column drive value, so that optical switches at intersections are in a first state; successively setting, based on time, a row drive corresponding to an iinput port to values in a switching row drive sequence, and successively setting, based on time, a column drive corresponding to a joutput port to values in a switching column drive sequence, so that a target optical switch in the P&#xd7;Q optical switches remains in the first state, and the other optical switches are switched from the first state to a second state in first time periods.

Method and apparatus for controlling optical switch matrix

The present embodiments provide an analog to digital converter, including a beam splitter, M photodetectors, M amplifier modules, and an encoder. Each output end of the beam splitter is corresponding to an input end of a photodetector, an output end of each photodetector is connected to an input end of an amplifier module, and an output end of each amplifier module is connected to an input end of the encoder. The beam splitter splits an inputted analog optical signal into M optical signals, outputs each optical signal to a corresponding photodetector to convert each optical signal into a current signal, inputs each current signal to a corresponding amplifier module to generate an output voltage, and outputs the output voltage to a corresponding input end of the encoder.

Analog to digital converter

An optical switch and a wavelength division multiplexing optical system are disclosed. In an embodiment an optical switch includes an input port array, an input collimator array, an input micromirror array, an output micromirror array, an output collimator array, and an output port array. All input micromirrors included in the input micromirror array can be deflected in two mutually perpendicular directions. The maximum movable ranges of reflected light that is output after all the input micromirrors reflect incident light with the same incident angle have no common intersection on a plane on which the output micromirror array is located or have a common intersection, and an area of the intersection is less than an area of a reflection region of the output micromirror array.

Optical switch and wavelength division multiplexing optical system

An apparatus includes an input port group, which includes multiple input slots, and multiple input ports are provided in each input slot. An input allocation matrix includes multiple first optical switches, and an input port of the first optical switch is connected to an input port of the input slot. A cross-connect matrix includes multiple second optical switches, and an output port of the first optical switch is connected to an input port of the second optical switch. An output allocation matrix includes multiple third optical switches, and an input port of the third optical switch is connected to an output port of the second optical switch. An output port group includes multiple output slots, multiple output ports are provided in each output slot, and an output port of the output slot is connected to an output port of the third optical switch.

Optical switching apparatus

A 3D-MEMS optical switch is disclosed. In an embodiment, the 3D-MEMS optical switch includes a collimator array, a PD array, a wedge prism, a light-splitting triangular prism, a micro-electro-mechanical system MEMS micro-mirror, and a core optical switch controller that is connected to the PD array and the MEMS micro-mirror. In the present invention, the PD array is integrated into a core optical switch, which simplifies an architecture of the optical switch and reduces a volume of the optical switch; the wedge prism and the light-splitting triangular prism are used to perform light splitting, and some optical signals are transmitted to the PD array to detect optical power, so that the core optical switch controller adjusts the MEMS micro-mirror according to the optical power, which is detected by the PD array, of the optical signal, making an insertion loss of the 3D-MEMS optical switch meet a preset attenuation range.

3D-MEMS optical switch

An optical communications method and an optical communications apparatus are provided. The method is executed on a communications node that includes an input optical modulator array and an output optical modulator array. The input optical modulator array includes N input optical modulators. The method includes determining at least two local input areas from the input optical modulator array, so that each input optical modulator in each local input area is used to receive a foreign signal light. The method also includes determining at least two local output areas from the output optical modulator array. Each output optical modulator in each local output area is used to send the foreign signal light, and each input optical modulator in a local input area is capable of transmitting the signal light to each output optical modulator in a corresponding local output area.

Optical communications method and apparatus

A 3D-MEMS optical switch, comprising: a collimator array, a PD array, a window glass which covers the PD array and is coated with a partial reflection film, a micro-electro mechanical system (MEMS) micro-mirror, and a core optical switch controller connected to the PD array and the MEMS micro-mirror. The PD array is integrated inside the core optical switch, so that the architecture and the volume of the optical switch are simplified. The window glass which covers the PD array and is coated with a partial reflection film is used to fold an optical path, and some optical signals are transmitted onto the PD array, so that the core optical switch controller adjusts the MEMS micro-mirror according to the optical power of the optical signals detected by the PD array, so as to enable the insertion loss of the 3D-MEMS optical switch to meet a preset attenuation range.
