Discussed is a solar cell module including a plurality of solar cells including a first electrode and a second electrode, the plurality of solar cells being disposed along a first direction and a plurality of wiring members connected to the first electrode of a first solar cell and the second electrode of a second solar cell, wherein each of the plurality of solar cells includes a first side surface of one side in the first direction, a second side surface having a larger surface roughness than the first side surface on another side, and a protrusion formed adjacent to the second side surface, and wherein the first and second solar cells are disposed with a gap of approximately 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and the first side surface of the second solar cell and the second side surface of the first solar cell are disposed to face each other.

Solar cell module and methods for fabricating the same

A solar cell module and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate and first and second electrodes, each of which has a different polarity and is extended in a first direction on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a plurality of conductive lines extended in a second direction crossing the first direction on the back surface of the semiconductor substrate, connected to one of the first and second electrodes through a conductive adhesive, and insulated from the other electrode by an insulating layer. The conductive adhesive includes a first adhesive layer connected to the one electrode and a second adhesive layer positioned on the first adhesive layer and connected to the plurality of conductive lines.

Solar cell module and method for manufacturing the same

A solar cell and a solar cell module are disclosed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate and first and second electrodes on the semiconductor substrate, the first and second electrodes being alternately positioned in a first direction and extended in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a first conductive line extended in the first direction to intersect the first and second electrodes, connected to the first electrode by a first conductive layer, and insulated from the second electrode by an insulating layer, and a second conductive line positioned in parallel with the first conductive line, connected to the second electrode by the first conductive layer, and insulated from the first electrode by the insulating layer.

Solar cell and solar cell module using the same

A solar cell panel includes a solar cell string including a plurality of solar cells connected to each other and arranged in a first direction, a connection member that connects two adjacent solar cells of the plurality of solar cells to each other in the first direction and that is located an overlapped portion between the two adjacent solar cells, the connection member including a first conductive material, a first interconnector connected to an end solar cell positioned at an end of the solar cell string, a second interconnector connected to the first interconnector, a first connection structure that connects the end solar cell to the first interconnector and that includes the first conductive material, and a second connection structure that connects the first interconnector to the second interconnector and that includes a second conductive material that is different from the first conductive material.

A solar cell module is disclosed. The solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate, in which a p-n junction is formed, and a plurality of first and second electrodes which are formed on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate and are separated from each other, a plurality of interconnectors which are connected to the first electrodes or the second electrodes included in each solar cell and connect the plurality of solar cells in series, and a conductive adhesive attaching the interconnectors to the first electrodes or the second electrodes. The conductive adhesive includes the same material or the same metal-based material as a metal material included in at least one of the interconnectors or the first and second electrodes.

Solar cell module

A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells, each solar cell including a semiconductor substrate, an emitter region, a back surface field region a first electrode connected to the emitter region, a second electrode connected to the back surface field region, and a conductive line connected to one electrode of the first and second electrodes using a conductive adhesive and insulated from the other electrode of the first and second electrodes through an insulating layer, the conductive line being used to connect a plurality of solar cells in series. A thickness of the conductive adhesive between the one electrode and the conductive line is greater than a thickness of the insulating layer between the other electrode and the conductive line.
