An array substrate and a display panel are provided. The array substrate includes a substrate, and at least three pixel unit. The pixel unit includes at least one pixel group and at least three data line groups disposed on the substrate. Each pixel group includes six sub-pixels arranged at intervals in a first direction. Each sub-pixel includes at least one pixel electrode. The at least three data line groups include three data line groups. Each data line group corresponds to a pixel electrode of one sub-pixel. The data line group is located on one side of the pixel electrode which is adjacent to the substrate. Each data line group includes two data lines arranged at intervals in the first direction. The pixel electrode of each sub-pixel is electrically connected to one data line.

Array substrate and display panel

Disclosed is a display panel, including a liquid crystal cell and a polarizing assembly disposed on the liquid crystal cell. The liquid crystal cell includes a display area, a transparent homogeneous dielectric layer is disposed between the polarizing assembly and the display area. The polarizing assembly includes: a substrate, a first polarizer and second polarizers. The first polarizer includes a first alignment layer and a polarizing layer, the first alignment layer is disposed on the substrate, and the polarizing layer is disposed on a side of the first alignment layer facing away from the substrate. The second polarizers are disposed on the substrate, and two adjacent second polarizers are disposed on opposite sides of the first alignment layer.

Display panels

A driving substrate and a display panel are provided. The driving substrate includes a plurality of driving units. Each of driving unit includes a first metal layer. The first metal layer includes a shielding common electrode and a storage capacitance common electrode. A light-shielding portion of the shielding common electrode extends toward the storage capacitance common electrode. A pixel accommodating region is enclosed by the shielding common electrode and the storage capacitance common electrode. There is a gap between the light-shielding portion of the shielding common electrode and the storage capacitance common electrode. Thereby, signals can be transmitted to the shielding common electrode and the storage capacitance common electrode separately, a same signal or different signals can be transmitted to the shielding common electrode and the storage capacitance common electrode, to achieve independent control of the signals on the shielding common electrode and the storage capacitance common electrode.

Driving substrate and display panel

A color-filter-on-array (COA) type liquid crystal panel and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. An alignment film in the COA type liquid crystal panel is formed by a photo-alignment technology of an ultraviolet induced multi-domain vertical alignment (UVA). Also, a problem of image sticking of an existing COA type liquid crystal display is improved by controlling the dielectric constant (&#x394;&#x3b5;) of the liquid crystal molecules of a liquid crystal layer in the COA type liquid crystal panel.

Color filter on array type liquid crystal panel and manufacturing method for the same

An alignment film material and a method of producing an alignment film are described. The alignment film material has polyimide and crosslinked polymer. The crosslinked polymer is formed from a first component through a crosslinking reaction. A crosslink density of the alignment film can be enhanced without additionally adding a catalyst, so as to increase a hardness of the alignment film.

Alignment film material and method for producing alignment film

A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel is provided. The method includes the following steps of: drop-filling liquid crystal molecules on a color film substrate having a seal frame, wherein the liquid crystal molecules are doped with thermal reactive monomers; and heat-curing a frame, and simultaneously making the thermal reactive monomers in the liquid crystal molecules into a polymer on the surface of the alignment film. The reliability of the alignment film is improved by the present invention.

Method for manufacturing liquid crystal display panel

A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal panel is provided with steps of: providing an array substrate having a first electrode with a plurality of slots and a second electrode thereon, and a color filter substrate; applying a first photo alignment film to the array substrate, and performing a first irradiation treatment on the first photo alignment film to have a first pretilt angle; applying a second photo alignment film to the color filter substrate, and performing a second irradiation treatment on the second photo alignment film to have a second pretilt angle antiparallel to the first pretilt angle; sealing a liquid crystal molecule and a photopolymerizable monomer within a space between the first photo alignment film and the second photo alignment film to form a liquid crystal panel; and performing a third irradiation treatment on the liquid crystal panel to carry out a polymerization of the photopolymerizable monomer.

Manufacturing method of liquid crystal panel

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel of improving color washout, setting different alignment angles in the sub pixel areas of different colors (the included angle between the alignment direction of the liquid crystal molecules and the branch electrode of the pixel electrode). Then, the alignment angle of the red sub pixel area is the largest, and the alignment angle of the green sub pixel area is smaller, and the alignment angle of the blue sub pixel area is smallest. Thus, it is possible to respectively modulate the transmittance-voltage curves and the brightness-voltage curves of the lights of different colors to optimize the white dot chromaticity for satisfying the optical specification and compensate the losing transmittance of the blue light in the panel for improving the color washout problem.

Liquid crystal display panel of improving color washout

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal display panel includes a TFT substrate and a CF substrate that are respectively provided with first and second alignment films that allow for vertical light alignment, so that after irradiation of ultraviolet light, the first alignment film and the second alignment film have alignment directions that are substantially parallel but opposite to each other and the liquid crystal molecules are set at a tilt angle for being nearly vertically aligned. In a dark state where no electricity is applied, the liquid crystal molecules are arranged to be nearly perpendicular to surfaces of the TFT substrate and the CF substrate with no phase difference so that light leakage is extremely low and the dark state brightness is small thereby achieving a relatively high contrast; and after the application of a displaying electric field, the liquid crystal molecules are cause to rotate on a plane substantially parallel to the surfaces of the TFT substrate and the CF substrate so as to provide characteristics of a wide view angle and high transmittance offered by an IPS mode and an FFS mode.
