A method of packaging a semiconductor illumination module is provided. The method includes the following steps. In a step (a), a substrate is provided. The substrate is selected from one of a flexible printed circuit board, a metal core circuit board, a printed circuit board or a ceramic printed circuit board. The substrate includes a solder mask layer with an opening, and the opening has a width R. In a step (b), a light-emitting element is installed in the opening. In a step (c), an encapsulant injection device is used to inject a packaging encapsulant into the opening. In a step (d), a sealed lens structure is formed to cover the light-emitting element, wherein the sealed lens structure has a height h.

Method of packaging semiconductor illumination module

A light source module includes a LED die, a supporting base and an encapsulation layer. The LED die emits a light beam. The supporting base is electrically connected with the LED die, and supports the LED die. After a portion of the light beam is projected to and reflected by the supporting base, the portion of the light beam is projected to surroundings through the LED die. The encapsulation layer covers the LED die and a portion of the supporting base to protect the LED die. The encapsulation layer includes a light-adjusting element. A light pattern of the light beam is adjustable according to a shape of the encapsulation layer.

Light source module

A manufacturing method of a light source module includes the following steps. Firstly, a light emitting diode die is installed on a supporting base. Then, an electric connection between the light emitting diode die and the supporting base is established. Then, a protective glue is formed on the light emitting diode die and the supporting base. Afterwards, the supporting base is cut to produce the light source module. Since the supporting plate is not employed, the supporting plate removing process and the boning process of the conventional technology are omitted. Consequently, the manufacturing method of the present invention is effective to enhance the production quality of the light source module.

Light source module and manufacturing method thereof

A keyboard device includes plural key structures, an electronic paper display element and an illumination module. The electronic paper display element is disposed under the plural key structures. The plural key symbols corresponding to the plural key structures are displayed on the electronic paper display element. The illumination module is disposed over the electronic paper display element to provide a light beam to the electronic paper display element. Consequently, the plural key symbols are illuminated.

Keyboard device

A computing device and an input device are provided. Each of the computing device and the input device includes a control unit, a light source, a projection plate and a casing. The control unit, the light source and the projection plate are accommodated within the casing. The light source emits light beams. The projection plate includes a pattern. After the light beams pass through the projection plate, the light beams are projected outside the casing and an image corresponding to the pattern of the projection plate is formed on a projection surface that is located outside the casing. Since the projection plate is cheap and small, the fabricating cost of the computing device or the input device is reduced and the purpose of developing the computing device or the input device toward light weightiness, slimness and small size is achievable.

Computing device and input device thereof

A cooling fan includes a fan base, an impeller part, a driving part, an illumination circuit board and plural light-emitting elements. The driving part includes a shaft seat, a driving circuit board and plural coils. The driving circuit board is disposed on the fan base. The plural coils are arranged between the driving circuit board and the illumination circuit board and arranged around the shaft seat. The rotating shaft of the impeller part is inserted into the shaft seat. When an electric current flows through the plural coils, the rotating shaft is rotated. The plural light-emitting elements are disposed on the illumination circuit board. When the electric current flows through the plural light-emitting elements, the plural light-emitting elements emit light beams.

Cooling fan

A luminous keyboard includes a key structure, a supporting plate, a switch circuit board, a light guide plate and a top-view light-emitting element. The supporting plate includes an opening. The top-view light-emitting element emits a light beam. The supporting plate is located under the key structure. The switch circuit board is located over the supporting plate. The light guide plate is located under the supporting plate and includes a light guide plate opening. The top-view light-emitting element is inserted into the opening. After the light beam is transmitted through the opening, a first-portion beam of the light beam is transmitted through the switch circuit board and projected to a first region of the key structure. A second-portion beam of the light beam is sequentially blocked by the switch circuit board, introduced into the light guide plate, and guided to a second region of the key structure.

Luminous keyboard

The present invention provides a multi-stage input device. The multi-stage input device includes a keycap, a multi-stage cushion component, and a circuit board assembly. The multi-stage cushion component is located between the keycap and the circuit board assembly to support the keycap. When the keycap is depressed to a light pressing level position, the keycap triggers a multi-stage switch of the circuit board assembly, so that the multi-stage switch generates a light-pressing signal to perform a first function. When the keycap is depressed to a heavy pressing level position, the keycap triggers the multi-stage switch of the circuit board assembly, so that the multi-stage switch generates a heavy-pressing signal to perform a second function.

Multi-stage input device

A force-sensitive input device includes a circuit board, plural keys, plural force sensing modules and a display module. When one of the plural keys is pressed down, the corresponding force sensing module senses a magnitude of a pressing force and generates a corresponding sensing signal to the display module. According to the magnitude of the pressing force, the display module is in a corresponding displaying mode. Consequently, the user realizes the magnitude of the pressing force.

Force-sensitive input device

A light source module includes a substrate, a first covering layer, a second covering layer, a luminous layer and a supporting base. The luminous layer is arranged between the first covering layer and the second covering layer. The luminous layer emits a light beam in response to a first current flowing through the first covering layer and a second current flowing through the second covering layer. The light beam is projected to surroundings through the substrate. The supporting base is electrically connected with the first covering layer and the second covering layer. The supporting base includes a circuit board and a passivation layer. When a portion of the light beam projected to the supporting base is reflected by the passivation layer, the portion of the light beam is projected to the surroundings through the substrate.

A mouse device with a button feedback mechanism is provided. The mouse device includes a mouse body and a button module. The mouse body includes an upper case, a lower case and a hollow cylinder. The button module includes a button, an elastic element, an attracting element and a suspension arm. The elastic element is disposed within the hollow cylinder and located under the pressing part. The button is contacted with the elastic element. The attracting element is installed on the upper case. The suspension arm includes a connection segment and a free segment. The connection segment is penetrated through the hollow cylinder and connected with the elastic element. The free segment is located under the attracting element. Consequently, the mouse device provides the sound feedback and the touch feedback.

Mouse device with button feedback mechanism

A key structure includes a movable element, an elastic element, a light-emitting element and a pressure sensing element. The pressure sensing element is arranged between the elastic element and the light-emitting element. The elastic element is disposed on the movable element. The light-emitting element emits a light beam. The light beam is transmitted through the pressure sensing element and projected to the movable element to illuminate the key structure. While the key structure is depressed, the elastic element is pushed by the movable element. The pressure sensing element is pushed by the elastic element according to different magnitudes of the depressing force. Consequently, the key structure generates different pressure sensing signals.

Illuminated dual pressure sensing key

A key structure includes a pedestal, an upper cover, a light-emitting element, a triggering element, an array-type sensing element and a control unit. The light-emitting element emits a light beam. The triggering element is arranged between the pedestal and the upper cover. The triggering element includes a reflecting part. The light-emitting element and the array-type sensing element are located under the reflecting part. When the key structure is depressed, the key structure is moved relative to the pedestal. The light beam from the light-emitting element is reflected by the reflecting part and then received by the array-type sensing element. As the triggering element is moved, the array-type sensing element generates plural images. The control unit generates a corresponding pressure sensing signal according to the plural images.

Light emitting slim key structure

An input device with an adjustable force level is provided. The input device includes a circuit board and a key structure. The key structure includes a key body, a casing and a pressure-adjustable elastic receptacle. The pressure-adjustable elastic receptacle is partially or completely accommodated within the casing and sustaining the key body. When the key body is moved downwardly, a resisting force to resist the key body is provided by the pressure-adjustable elastic receptacle and the force level of the resisting force is adjusted by the user. When a force with the force level is applied to the key body by the user, a switch of the circuit board is triggered.
