An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, an adhesive layer, and a functional layer. The first insulating layer has a side surface and at least one recess adjacent to the side surface. The second insulating layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and filled in the at least one recess. The adhesive layer is disposed on the second insulating layer. The functional layer is disposed on the adhesive layer. In addition, in a cross-sectional view of the electronic device, the second insulating layer has a thickness at a first position, and a thickness of the adhesive layer corresponding to the first position is greater than the thickness of the second insulating layer.

Electronic device

An electronic device is provided, including a panel and a supporting sheet. The panel includes a foldable region with a folding axis. The supporting sheet is disposed under the panel, and includes a foldable portion and a first non-foldable portion. The foldable portion is overlapped with the foldable region. The first non-foldable portion is connected to the foldable portion, and includes a first part and a second part. The first part is located between the second part and the foldable portion. The first part has a first via, and the first part protrudes more in a first direction parallel to the folding axis with respect to the second part.

An electronic device includes a substrate, an organic layer, a first insulating layer, and a first spacer. The organic layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a first opening and a second opening. The first insulating layer includes a first portion in the first opening and a second portion connected to the first portion and on the organic layer. The first spacer is disposed on the substrate and overlaps the second portion. In a top view of the electronic device, the second portion between the first opening and the second opening has a first length, the first spacer has a second length, the organic layer between the first opening and the second opening has a third length. Electric device

An electronic device includes a substrate, a first bus line, a second bus line, a plurality of driving units, a first signal line and a second signal line. The first bus line is disposed on the substrate and outputs a first signal. The second bus line is disposed on the substrate and outputs a second signal. The driving units are disposed between the first bus line and the second bus line, and include a first driving unit and a second driving unit which are adjacent to each other. The first signal line is electrically connected to the first bus line and transmits the first signal to the first driving unit and the second driving unit. The second signal line is electrically connected to the second bus line and transmits the second signal to at least one of the first driving unit and the second driving unit.

An electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a light-impermeable layer, a light-emitting unit, and a photosensor. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The light-impermeable layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and includes a first opening and a second opening. The light-emitting unit is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and overlapped with the first opening. The photosensor is disposed on the first substrate and overlapped with the second opening.

The first necking region connects the first region and the second region. The first region and the first gate are correspondingly disposed, and the second region and the second gate are correspondingly disposed. The cathode layer is located on the common electrode layer. The spacer is located between the common electrode layer and the cathode layer. The spacer and the first necking region are correspondingly disposed.

The first sub-pixel unit includes a first electrode and a first light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode. The first electrode has a first region with a first area overlapping the first data line. The second sub-pixel unit includes a second electrode and a second light emitting layer disposed on the second electrode. The second electrode has a second region with a second area overlapping the second data line, wherein the first area is greater than the second area. The luminescence color of the first light emitting layer and the luminescence color of are different, and the luminescence color of the first light emitting layer is blue.
