The production line operation forecast method includes the following steps: obtaining an online production line work-in-process map at a time point, generating candidate simulated dispatch decisions based on the online production line work-in-process map, and inferring production-line work-in-process map changes of the candidate simulated dispatch decisions at a next time point; inputting the production-line work-in-process map changes to a forecast model, such that the forecast model outputs simulated production line operation health indicators of the candidate simulated dispatch decisions at the next time point; and selecting one of the candidate simulated dispatch decisions as a scheduling dispatch decision.

A secondary-side control method of a flyback power converter includes a primary controller included in the flyback power converter generating a first gate control signal to turn on a power switch at a first predetermined valley of a first voltage after the primary controller enters a start-up mode; and a secondary controller included in the flyback power converter generating a trigger pulse to a synchronous switch at a second predetermined valley of a second voltage to make the primary controller enter a secondary-side control mode from the start-up mode after the secondary controller detects a first coupling voltage corresponding to the first gate control signal on the second voltage.

An operation power source for an operation power source supplying power to a synchronous rectifier controller is charged according to the invention. The synchronous rectifier controller controls a synchronous rectifier in response to a channel signal of the synchronous rectifier, generating SR ON times and SR OFF times. It is determined whether the channel signal resonates in a first SR OFF time, to provide an oscillation record accordingly. In a second SR OFF time after the first SR OFF time, in response to the oscillation record, a portion of resonance energy that causes the channel signal resonating is directed to charge the operation power source.

The gate control signal generation circuit generates a gate control signal, and generates an injection signal according to the gate control signal. When a superposition voltage is less than a reference voltage, the control signal generation circuit generates a gate pulse control signal, wherein the gate pulse control signal corresponds to an output voltage of the power converter and the injection signal, the gate control signal generation circuit is further used for generating a gate pulse signal according to the gate pulse control signal, and the gate pulse signal is used for making a primary side of the power converter turned on.

Secondary controller applied to a secondary side of a power converter and operation method thereof

The invention discloses a control method in use of a synchronous rectifier controller, controlling a synchronous rectifier in a power supply supplying power a load. The synchronous rectifier is turned ON in response to a terminal signal of the synchronous rectifier. An ON-time of the synchronous rectifier is made not less than a minimum ON-time. A detection result in association with the load is provided, for determining the minimum ON-time. The minimum ON-time is a first period when the detection result indicates the load as a first load, and a second period, shorter than the first period, when the detection result indicates the load as a second load heavier than the first load.

Control methods for changing minimum on-time of synchronous rectifier and related synchronous rectifier controllers

A flyback power converter converts an input power on a primary side into an output power on a secondary side. On the secondary side, the output power is monitored to provide a representative signal representing a characteristic of the output power. A count is kept unchanged when a clock ticks if the representative signal is within a first range defined in accordance with a target value, that the representative signal is going to be regulated at. The count is changed in response to the clock if the representative signal is within a second range different from the first range. In response to the count, a driving current is generated to control a coupler, which generates a compensation signal on the primary side that controls power transmitted from the primary side to the secondary side.

Flyback power converter and relevant control methods

A power supply has a transformer, a rectifier switch, a secondary-side controller and two diodes. The transformer includes a primary winding, a secondary winding, and a detection winding, inductively coupling to one another. The rectifier switch is connected in series with the secondary winding between two output power lines. The secondary-side controller is electrically coupled to two ends of the detection winding, for controlling the rectifier switch in response to two terminal signals at the two ends respectively. The two diodes are back-to-back electrically connected in series between the two ends, and a joint connecting the two diodes is electrically connected to one of the two output power lines.

Power supplies with synchronous rectification

A secondary controller applied to a secondary side of a power converter includes a control signal generation circuit. The control signal generation circuit is coupled to an output terminal of the secondary side of the power converter for detecting an output voltage of the secondary side and enabling a pulse signal to a signal source of the secondary side of the power converter, wherein the signal source enables a turning-on signal according to the pulse signal. The turning-on signal is coupled to a primary-side auxiliary winding of the power converter through a secondary-side auxiliary winding of the power converter to make the primary-side auxiliary winding generate a voltage, and a primary controller of a primary side of the power converter makes the primary side of the power converter be turned on according to the voltage.

A secondary controller applied to a secondary side of a power converter includes a control signal generation circuit, a voltage detection signal generation circuit, and a gate control signal generation circuit. The control signal generation circuit generates a short-circuited control signal to a short winding switch after a gate control signal to make the short winding switch be turned on. When an output voltage of the power converter is less than a predetermined voltage, the voltage detection signal generation circuit generates a first detection signal to the control signal generation circuit. The control signal generation circuit further generates a gate pulse control signal according to the first detection signal. The gate control signal generation circuit generates a gate pulse signal according to the gate pulse control signal, wherein the gate pulse signal is used for making a primary side of the power converter be turned on.

A prediction model building method for a processing machine is provided. While a workpiece is manufactured by the processing machine, a machine parameter set is generated. After the workpiece is manufactured, the workpiece is measured and a workpiece quality parameter set is generated. Then, a component status is determined according to the machine parameter set.
