The present invention provides a latch structure disposed in an optical receptacle having a first assembly structure. The latch structure comprises a supporting element having a first side and a second side, a first clip structure, and a second assembly structure. The first clip structure is extended toward the first side from end portions of the supporting element. The second assembly structure is formed on the supporting element. When the latch structure is disposed in the optical receptacle, the second assembly structure is assembled with the first assembly structure so as to form a first coupling structure. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the present invention also provides an optical receptacle having the latch structure arranged therein for electrically connecting to the optical connector, which is inserted into the optical receptacle.

The present invention provides an optical connector, comprising: a structural body, having a first top surface, a first bottom surface, a first lateral surface, and a second lateral surface, wherein the first lateral surface and the second lateral surface are connected to the first top surface and the first bottom surface, the first lateral surface has a first opening slot, and the second lateral surface has a first buckle structure; and a terminal portion, coupled with a communication wire, having a second top surface, a second bottom surface, a third lateral surface, and a fourth lateral surface, wherein the third lateral surface and the fourth lateral surface are connected to the second top surface and the second bottom surface, the fourth lateral surface has a second buckle structure, the terminal portion is movably connected to the structural body.

Optical connector

The present invention provides a latch structure assembled inside an optical receptacle having a first assembly structure arranged therein. The latch structure comprises a supporting element having a first side and a second side, a first coupling structure and a second assembly structure. The first coupling structure is arranged on a second side of the supporting element, and has a first alignment element. The second assembly structure is arranged on the supporting element and is extended toward the first side. The second assembly structure is assembled with the first assembly structure so as to form a second coupling structure. In addition to being dismantled, the latch structure may have specific color, texts, or a first alignment element having specific shape or arranged position that may be identified by the user so that a corresponding optical connector may be coupled therewith.

The present invention provides a latch structure arranged in an optical receptacle. The latch structure comprises a supporting element and a first clip structure, wherein the supporting element is assembled with the housing of the optical receptacle. The first clip structure is formed on the supporting element for retaining the optical connector inserting into the optical receptacle. The main idea of the present invention is that when the latch structure assembling with the optical receptacle, there is no interaction force between the first clip structure and optical receptacle so as to maintain the clipping force of the first clip structure acting on the optical connector.

The present invention provides a dust-proof device for protecting insertion interfaces arranged in the optical receptacle. The dust-proof device comprises a coupling portion and a flexible arm connected to the coupling portion, wherein the flexible arm may swing or scroll at a location where the coupling portion is connected to the flexible arm. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the present invention further provides an optical receptacle having a plurality of coupling structures respectively having a first insertion interface at a first side and a second insertion interface at a second side, each first insertion interface or second insertion interface may couple to the dust-proof device so as to form an optical connector module for preventing the optical receptacle from being contaminated.

A crimping method includes covering an outer periphery of the back post is with reinforced fibers. The reinforced fibers are crimped to a front section of a back post. The reinforced fibers are twisted in a circumferential direction of the back post, such that the reinforced fibers extend on the outer periphery of the back post in a non-axial direction. The twisted reinforced fibers are crimped to a rear section of the back post. A crimping device includes a connector including a back post having at least one guiding rib with at least one notch. At least one crimp sleeve is used to crimp reinforced fibers of an optical fiber cable to the back post, and a portion of the reinforced fibers is gathered in the at least one notch.

A port tracer including a housing, a light guiding tunnel, and a light guide cover. The housing has a first side and a second side opposite to each other and a third side connected to the first side and the second side. A first opening and a second opening are located on the first side and the second side respectively. The light guiding tunnel is disposed inside the housing. The light guiding tunnel has a first light entrance-exit and a second entrance-exit that face the first side and the second side respectively. The light guide cover is detachably connected to the first opening. The light guide cover covers the first light entrance-exit. The third side has a third opening. A part of the light guide cover is located inside the housing and opposite to the third opening.

The present invention provides an optical connector comprising an optical receptacle, a coupling terminal, and a coil structure, wherein the optical receptacle has an accommodation space and a positioning structure, the coupling terminal is arranged into the accommodation space, and the coil structure has a first fixing coil and an elastic coil wherein the coupling terminal is inserted into the elastic coil and the first fixing coil is arranged onto the positioning structure.

Optical connector and optical connector module thereof

The connector shroud of the present invention includes an inner housing, a cam, a coupling nut and a lock nut. The inner housing has a grooved control link formed on an outer surface. The grooved control link extends in a longitudinal direction. The cam is disposed on the inner housing and is rotatable on the inner housing. The coupling nut is sleeved onto the inner housing. The coupling nut is configured to be coupled to an object. The coupling nut includes a tab extending from a rear end. The tab has a control slot formed thereon. The control slot extends in a direction not parallel to the longitudinal direction. The lock nut is sleeved onto the inner housing and includes a first pin and a second pin formed on an inner surface. The first pin is movable in the grooved control link and the second pin is movable in the control slot. When the second pin is in the control slot, a movement of the lock nut causes the coupling nut to rotate. When the first pin moves in the grooved control link in the longitudinal direction, the lock nut contacts the cam to make the cam rotate. The rotating cam applies a force perpendicular to the longitudinal direction to the tab to rotate the coupling nut.

Connector shroud

The present invention provides a dust-proof adapter comprising an adapter body, a flexible element, and a cap, wherein the adapter body has an opening at a coupling side and a ring-shaped surface surrounding the first opening, the flexible element is arranged onto the ring-shaped surface, and the cap detachably covers the adapter body for protecting the first opening. When the cap is covered on the first opening, the cap applies an action force along an axial direction of the adapter body on the flexible element thereby achieving air-tight and dust-proof effect.

Dust-proof adapter

The present invention provides an optical receptacle comprising a first side wall having a first series connecting structure, and a second side wall opposite to the first side wall and having a second series connecting structure. The first series connecting structure of one optical receptacle is coupled to the second assembling element of another optical receptacle along a first direction and is moved to an assembly position so as to form an optical receptacle module. Alternatively, the first series connecting structure of one optical receptacle is coupled to the second series connecting structure of another optical receptacle along a second direction and is moved to the assembly position so as to form the optical receptacle module. Alternatively, the optical receptacle module may be coupled to the different kinds of optical connectors to form an optical connector module.

Optical receptacle and module and optical connector module using the same

The present invention provides an optical connector electrically coupled to an optical receptacle. The optical connector comprises a connector body, and a sliding member. The connector body inserted into the optical receptacle comprises a housing and a boot structure detachably arranged in the housing. The sliding member is slidably coupled to the housing wherein the boot structure is restrained inside the housing or is removed from the housing according to a sliding position of the sliding member.

Optical connector and module thereof

The connector shroud of the present invention includes an inner housing, a coupling nut and a lock nut. The inner housing is hollow and a grooved control link is formed on the outer surface of the inner housing. The grooved control link extends in a longitudinal direction. The coupling nut is hollow and is sleeved onto the inner housing. A receiving recess is formed on the inner surface of the front end of the coupling nut for accommodating a protrusion provided on a flange. A tab protrudes from the rear end of the coupling nut. A control slot is formed on the tab and includes a first section and a second section. The second section communicates with the first section and extends in a direction not parallel to the longitudinal direction. The lock nut is hollow and sleeved onto the inner housing. A first pin and a second pin are formed on the inner surface of the lock nut. The first pin is disposed in the grooved control link. The second pin is located in the second section, wherein the movement of the lock nut causes the coupling nut to rotate.
