A SATA data connector is provided with a power supply circuit. The SATA data connector comprises a male data connector and a female data connector. The male and female data connectors includes a signal interface having seven data connection pins. The male and female data connection pins each consist of four data pins, a power supplying pin or power receiving pin, and two ground pins, wherein the power supplying pin connects with a power line of a circuit board. Mating the female data connector to the male data connector causes an operating power to be supplied from the power line of the circuit board to an applied device connected to the female data connector such that the SATA data connector can work without an external SATA power cable.

A modified standard SATA data connector is provided with a power supply circuit. The connector includes male and female data connectors. A male signal interface has seven male data connection pins, consisting of four data, a power supply, and two ground pins, the power supply pin replacing one of three original ground pins and connecting with a power line of a circuit board. A corresponding female signal interface has seven female data connection pins consisting of four data, a power receiving, and two ground pins. While the female and male data connectors are engaged, power can be supplied from the power line of the circuit board to an applied device connected with the female data connector via the power supplying and receiving pins. Thus, the SATA data connector can work without an external SATA power cable, and the volume of the cable can be reduced.

A memory card with multiple interface functions is provided. The memory card comprises a multiple interface controller, comprising at least a USB processor, MMC/HS MMC processor and SD processor, and each processor individually connected to a data r/w controller and a shared interface bus, the data r/w controller connected to at least a data-storage medium, and shared interface bus connected to a computer system or IA product. The function of a mode detector/switch is used for detecting the compatible transmitting mode of the connected computer system or IA products, and to switch shared interface bus to match USB processor, MMC/HS MMC processor or SD processor for application. Thus, selecting transmitting mode between data r/w controller and the computer system or IA products connected thereto, the present invention does not only economize on the usage of card reader but also could be applied to various transmitting interface devices and enhancing on its user-friendly performance.

Method for determining transmitting mode of a memory card with multiple interface functions

An improved structure of USB compatible application apparatus is mainly provided a PCB circuit board to be a USB compatible application module of a connector. A top surface of the PCB carrying board is used to carry a plurality of connecting terminators. A board bottom sandwich is naturally formed between a bottom surface of the PCB carrying board and an covering shell of the connector. At least one electrical element are fixed inside of the board bottom thereby selectively reducing a length of a USB compatible application module or increasing working efficiency of the USB compatible application module. Further, at least one board top data transmission lines are set on part of the top surface of the PCB carrying board without setting the first connecting terminators thereby further raising working efficiency of the USB compatible application apparatus.

A technique to grow high quality and large area ZnSe layer on Si substrate is provided, comprising growing GeSi/Ge epitaxial layers on Si substrate by using ultra-high vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHVCVD), and finally growing a ZnSe film on top Ge buffer layers. Two concepts are applied in the process of this invention, the first one is to block the dislocations generated from GeSiepitaxial layers and to terminate the propagated upward dislocations by using strained interfaces, accordingly the dislocation density of ZnSe layer is greatly reduced and the surface roughness is improved; the second concept is to solve the problems of anti-phase domain due to growth of polar materials on non-polar material using off-cut angle Si substrate, and that is free from diffusion problems between different atoms while generally growing ZnSe layers on Si substrate.

The present invention discloses a USB interface solid memory module, comprising: a USB data transmission interface, being an interface in the module for transmitting data to a system; a USB interface controller, being a controller for converting an interface data and accessing a digital data in a memory; a memory array, at least having a non-volatile memory for serving as a data storage device electrically coupled to a circuit corresponding to said USB interface controller; and a USB interface connector, for connecting a USB signal with the system, such that said connector being directly coupled with a USB interface slot disposed in the system, without requiring a USB signal cable.

A connective device in a partition and screen system comprises at least and upright post, a plurality of retaining pins, a plurality of trunking parts longitudinal, and at least a partition. The upright post is cylindrical with a homogeneous cross section with longitudinal slide grooves circumferentially disposed through the entire length thereof. A wireless memory card reader comprises a card insertion read/write device and a host unit read/write device. The card insertion read/write device further comprises a casing with a card slot and an inner card socket for being inserted with a memory card, a printed circuit board received in the casing with a required circuit thereon, a wireless transmission driver fixed to the printed circuit board for a signal being wave-mixed, demodulated and amplified, a battery seat with at least a battery arranged at a lateral side of the casing for supplying the power needed by the circuit, a card socket fixed to the printed circuit board and connecting with the circuit for being inserted with the memory card, and an antenna connected to the printed circuit board for sending and receiving radio signals. The host unit end read/write device further comprises a casing, a printed circuit board received in the casing with a required circuit thereon, a wireless transmission driver fixed to the printed circuit board for the signal being wave-mixed, demodulated, and power amplified, and a USB lead wire with a connector extending outward from the casing.
