A sheet thickness detection apparatus includes a bracket, a power device, a first linking lever, a second linking lever, a sheet pressing part, and a sensing device. The bracket has a base with a perforation. The sensing device includes a supporting part and a sensor. The power device, the first linking lever, the second linking lever and the sheet pressing part are disposed on a first surface of the bracket. The sensor is fixed on the supporting part. When the supporting part is connected to a second surface of the base, the sensor is penetrated through the perforation and exposed to a lateral side of the first linking lever. Moreover, the supporting part is movable, so that the position of the sensor relative to the first linking lever is adjustable.

Sheet thickness detection apparatus for detecting different maximum allowable thicknesses of plural papers using movable sensing device

A sheet processing device includes a supporting plate, a stapler, a casing, a protrusion structure, and a swinging arm. The casing is disposed over the supporting plate. A sheet conveying channel is formed between the supporting plate and the casing. The protrusion structure is disposed on a lower surface of the casing, located beside the stapler and accommodated within the sheet conveying channel. During the process of introducing a sheet into the supporting plate, the stapled side of the sheet is flattened by the protrusion structure, and thus the possibility of upturning the sheet is minimized. During the process of introducing the plural sheets to the stapler, the stapled sides of the plural sheets are flattened by the protrusion structure, and thus the formation of the folded corners of the sheets is avoided.

Sheet processing device

An image forming apparatus with a stapling function is provided. The image forming apparatus includes a printing device and a stapling device. The printing device is used for printing images on plural papers. The printed papers are transmitted to the stapling device and stapled by the stapling device. The printing device has a printing device casing. The stapling device includes a minor casing and a main casing, which are respectively connected with a first surface and a second surface of the printing device casing. Since the stapling device is connected with two difference surfaces of the printing device casing, the overall height of the image forming apparatus is reduced.

Image forming apparatus with stapling function

The present invention discloses a printing device with a detachable stapling device including a printing device housing, a connecting frame and a stapling device. The connecting frame has a locating post and a fixing hook and is connected with the stapling device. The position of the connecting frame can be adjusted by the locating post of the connecting frame, and the connecting frame can be assembled on the printing device housing or detached from the printing device housing by the fixing hook.

A duplex scanning apparatus includes an automatic document feeder and a flatbed scanner. The automatic document feeder includes a first scanning module. The flatbed scanner includes a second scanning module and a first calibration plate. The first calibration plate is disposed on the second scanning module, and includes a calibration plate first end, a calibration plate second end and a calibration plate middle part. A first included angle is defined between the calibration plate first end and the calibration plate middle part, and a second included angle is defined between the calibration plate second end and the calibration plate middle part. As such, each of a distance between the calibration plate first end and the first scanning module and a distance between the calibration plate second end and the first scanning module is shorter than a distance between the calibration plate middle part and the first scanning module.

Duplex scanning apparatus

The present invention relates to a duplex scanning apparatus. The duplex scanning apparatus includes a sheet input tray for placing a stack of documents thereon. For performing duplex scanning operations on the stack of paper sheets, the documents are successively scanned from the bottommost one to the uppermost one. As a consequence, the scanned documents are stacked in the sheet ejecting tray in the same order as that of the original stack.

The present invention relates to a duplex printing apparatus. The duplex printing apparatus includes a paper input tray, a paper ejecting tray, a paper pick-up roller, a paper feeding channel, a first paper transfer roller assembly, a scanning and developing print unit, a print region, a paper ejecting channel, a second paper transfer roller assembly, an inverting channel, a paper guide slice, a third paper transfer roller assembly and a paper ejecting roller assembly. By arranging the inverting channel between the print region and the paper ejecting tray, the printing speed is enhanced.

Duplex printing apparatus

A sheet alignment and ejection mechanism includes a sheet alignment device, a sheet ejection device, a power device and a transmission unit. The sheet alignment device includes a first one-way element. The sheet ejection device includes a second one-way element. The transmission unit includes plural gears. The transmission unit is connected with the power device, the first one-way element and the second one-way element for driving rotation of the first one-way element and the second one-way element. The first one-way element and the second one-way element are rotated in opposite directions. When the first one-way element is rotated in a first direction, the sheets aligned on a sheet placement tray are aligned by the sheet alignment device. When the second one-way element is rotated in the first direction, the stapled sheets are ejected out of the sheet placement tray by the sheet ejection device.

A sheet-feeding scanning apparatus having a business card feeding mechanism is provided. The sheet-feeding scanning apparatus includes a scanning module, an ordinary document input tray, an ordinary document pick-up roller assembly, a transfer channel, a plurality of transfer rollers, an ejecting tray, an ejecting roller assembly, a business card input tray, and a business card pick-up roller assembly. The business card input tray includes a business card support plate, a spring, a separation slice and a position-limiting glide slot. The business card pick-up roller assembly includes a business card pick-up roller, a business card separation roller and a shaft rod. The shaft rod is sheathed by the business card separation roller. The sheet-feeding scanning apparatus is adapted for scanning images of multiple ordinary documents or multiple business cards.

Sheet-feeding scanning apparatus having mechanism for feeding business card

A sheet-feeding type scanning apparatus and an automatic sheet feeding method are provided. The sheet-feeding type scanning apparatus includes a scanning module, a first sheet input tray, a first sheet pick-up roller assembly, a sheet ejecting tray, a sheet transfer channel, a plurality of transfer roller assemblies, a sheet ejecting roller assembly, a sheet-feeding sensor and a clutch module. Once a first sheet article of multiple sheet articles placed on the first sheet input tray are fed into the internal portion of the sheet-feeding type scanning apparatus to trigger the sheet-feeding sensor, the clutch module is disabled. At this moment, a second sheet article placed on the first sheet input tray fails to be fed by the first sheet pick-up roller assembly. Therefore, the double feeding problem is solved.

Sheet-feeding type scanning apparatus and automatic sheet feeding method

A sheet-feeding scanning apparatus having a business card feeding mechanism is provided. The sheet-feeding scanning apparatus includes a scanning module, an ordinary document input tray, an ordinary document pick-up roller assembly, an ejecting tray, a transfer channel, a plurality of transfer rollers, a business card input tray, and a business card pick-up roller assembly. The business card input tray has a business card support plate. In a case that a jam event occurs, the business card support plate may be swung for facilitating removing the jammed business card.

A solenoid valve and an automatic document feeder using the solenoid valve are provided. The solenoid valve includes a valve body, a valve spindle, a spring, a ring-shaped groove and muffling ring. The ring-shaped groove is sheathed around the valve spindle. The muffling ring is disposed within the ring-shaped groove. When the valve body is magnetized to magnetically attract the valve spindle, the valve spindle is moved within the valve body, and the muffling ring collides with the recess inner wall, thereby reducing collision noise.

A sheet feeding apparatus includes a sheet releasing mechanism, a casing, a sheet feeding channel, a sheet pick-up module and a driving shaft. The sheet releasing mechanism includes a control lever and a base. The control lever includes a protruding part. The base includes a first restriction groove and a second restriction groove. When the protruding part is accommodated within the first restriction groove, the sheet releasing mechanism is in a sheet-holding status. When the protruding part is accommodated within the second restriction groove, the sheet releasing mechanism is in a sheet-releasing status.

A planar light source for use in a scanning apparatus includes a light-emitting element, a first light-guiding portion and a second light-guiding portion. The light-emitting element is arranged at a side of the scanning platform opposite to the carriage module for providing a source light. The sheet-feeding scanning apparatus includes a scanning module, an ordinary document input tray, an ordinary document pick-up roller assembly, an ejecting tray, a first channel, a second channel, a transfer roller assembly, a business card input tray and a business card pick-up roller assembly. The business card feeding mechanism can provide a relatively flat feeding and scanning channel for the business card such that the bending degree of the business card during transportation is reduced.
