The present disclosure provides an acoustic wave fingerprint recognition unit including a sensor circuit substrate, a film adhesive layer positioned on the sensor circuit substrate, a piezoelectric material layer positioned on the film adhesive layer and a protection layer positioned on the piezoelectric material layer. The film adhesive layer is formed of a film adhesive material, and the film adhesive material is composed of a film adhesive agent and an organic solvent. The film adhesive agent is an epoxy resin, and the organic solvent is a C3-C8 and carbonyl-containing organic solvent. The solid content of the film adhesive agent in the film adhesive material is in a range of 1%-90%. A method for manufacturing the acoustic wave fingerprint recognition unit is also provided herein.

Acoustic wave fingerprint recognition unit and method for manufacturing thereof

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel includes an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate, a sealant, a liquid crystal layer, a black matrix, and a plurality of rough structures. The active device array substrate has a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, and the liquid crystal layer and the peripheral area are surrounded by the sealant. The black matrix is disposed between the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate and distributed corresponding to the display area and the peripheral area. The rough structures are disposed on a portion of the black matrix and distributed corresponding to the peripheral area. Surface roughness of the rough structures is greater than surface roughness of the black matrix distributed corresponding to the display area.

Liquid crystal display panel

The present invention provides a polymer stabilization alignment liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of pixel regions defined by plurals of data lines and gate lines. Each pixel region includes a main region and a sub region, and a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode correspond to the main region and the sub region respectively, wherein each of the data lines has a first width adjacent to the main display region and a second width adjacent to the sub display region, and the second width is larger than the first width. Each first pixel electrode is separated from the adjacent data line and thereby forming a gap therebetween. Each second pixel electrode partially overlaps the adjacent data line to form an overlap width. Accordingly, the present invention not only can increase the aperture ratio, but also well control the liquid crystal molecules located near the data lines.

Polymer stabilization alignment liquid crystal display panel and liquid crystal display panel

A thin film transistor (TFT) array includes a substrate, a thin film transistor, a first wall, a transparent electrode and a color resist. The thin film transistor is disposed on the substrate. The first wall is disposed on the substrate and separates a first contact hole from a pixel region on the substrate, wherein the first contact hole exposes a drain electrode of the thin film transistor. The first wall has a first sidewall facing towards the first contact hole and a second sidewall facing towards the pixel region, wherein the slope of the first sidewall is gentler than the slope of the second sidewall. The transparent electrode is electrically connected to the drain electrode of the thin film transistor through the first contact hole. The pixel region is filled with the color resist.

Method for manufacturing thin film transistor array

A pixel structure including a substrate, a scan line, a first data line, a second data line, a first pixel unit and a second pixel unit is provided. The first pixel unit includes a first active device and a first pixel electrode. The first active device is electrically connected to the scan line and the first data line. The first pixel electrode electrically connected to the first active device and has a plurality of first branches. The first branches outwardly extend from a center of the first pixel unit, and a projection of the first branches are separated from a projection of the adjacent first data line projecting onto the substrate, and the first pixel electrode is apart from the adjacent first data line with a distance. The second pixel unit located between the first data line and the second data line.

Thin film transistor array and method for manufacturing the same

A pixel structure including a substrate, a scan line, a first data line and a first pixel unit is provided. The scan line and the first data line are disposed on the substrate. The first pixel unit includes a first active device and a first pixel electrode. The first active device is electrically connected to the scan line and the first data line. The first pixel electrode electrically connected to the first active device has a first stripe pattern and a plurality of first branches. One side of the first stripe pattern is connected to the first branches extended toward the scan line, and the other side of the first stripe pattern is overlapped with the scan line. The overlapped width of the first stripe pattern with the scan line is substantially equal to 40% to 90% of the width of the first stripe pattern.

A pixel structure including an active device, a capacitor electrode line, a light shielding layer, a color filter pattern and a pixel electrode is provided. The active device and the capacitor electrode line are disposed on a substrate. The light shielding layer is disposed on the substrate, and the dielectric constant of the light shielding layer is less than 6. The light shielding layer defines a unit area on the substrate, and a contact hole is formed in the light shielding layer above the active device. A color filter pattern is disposed in the unit area, wherein the dielectric constant of the color filter pattern is less than 6, and the color filter pattern does not fill into the contact hole. The pixel electrode is disposed on the color filter pattern, in which the pixel electrode fills into the contact hole so as to electrically connect with the active device.

A color filter array on pixel array substrate including a substrate, an active device array, a color filter array and a pixel electrode layer is provided. The substrate has a plurality of pixel regions and a light-shielding region. The active device array is disposed on the substrate. The color filter array is disposed on the substrate, and includes a light shielding patterned layer and a plurality of color filter patterns, wherein the light-shielding patterned layer is disposed in the light-shielding region. The color filter patterns are respectively disposed in the pixel regions and extend from the pixel regions into the light shielding regions, wherein the color filter patterns extending from adjacent pixel regions constitute a stacked structure within the light shielding regions. The pixel electrode layer is electrically connected to the active device array.

A pixel structure includes a substrate, a scan line, a first data line, a second data line, a first active device, a second active device, a first pixel electrode, and a second pixel electrode. The substrate has a first unit area and a second unit area. The first pixel electrode is disposed in the first unit area and includes a first main portion and first branch portions extending from the first main portion to an edge of the first unit area. The second pixel electrode is disposed in the second unit area and includes a second main portion and second branch portions extending from the second main portion to an edge of the second unit area, wherein at least a part of the first branch portions and at least a part of the second branch portions are asymmetrically arranged at two sides of the second data line.

Pixel structure

A method of repairing a pixel structure is provided. In the method, the pixel structure on a substrate is provided and includes a scan line, a data line, an active device, an insulating layer, and a pixel electrode. The scan line and the data line are located on the substrate. The active device is located on the substrate and electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The insulating layer covers the scan line, the data line, and the active device and has a contact opening. The pixel electrode is located on the insulating layer and fills the contact opening to electrically connect the active device. A laser removing process is performed to remove the pixel electrode in the contact opening, such that the pixel electrode is electrically insulated from the active device.

Method of repairing pixel structure, repaired pixel structure and pixel array

The present invention provides a polymer stabilization alignment liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of pixel regions. Each pixel region includes a main region and a sub region, and a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode correspond to the main region and the sub region respectively. Each first pixel electrode is separated from the adjacent data line and thereby forming a gap therebetween. Each second pixel electrode partially overlaps the adjacent data line. In addition, each second pixel electrode includes a plurality of branches, and at least one edge of the branches may be parallel to the data lines. Accordingly, the present invention not only can increase the aperture ratio, but also well control the liquid crystal molecules located near the data lines. Therefore, the display quality of the liquid crystal display panel can be improved.

A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate includes a stack structure disposed to raise an extended electrode of a drain electrode of a thin film transistor. Therefore, a contact hole does need to be very deep to expose the extended electrode of the drain electrode.

Thin film transistor array substrate

An active device array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of active devices, a first passivation layer, a transparent pad layer, a plurality of color filter patterns, a second passivation layer, a plurality of pixel electrodes, and a black matrix layer is provided. Each of the active devices is electrically connected to one of the scan lines and one of the data lines, respectively. The transparent pad layer having a plurality of openings for accommodating the color filter patterns is disposed on the first passivation layer located above the scan lines and the data lines. The first passivation layer, the color filter patterns and the second passivation layer have a plurality of contact windows therein. The black matrix layer is disposed above the transparent pad layer to cover a portion of the pixel electrodes.

Active device array substrate and fabrication method thereof

A liquid crystal display including an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate disposed above the active device array substrate, a liquid crystal layer disposed between the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate, and spacers is provided. The active device array substrate includes a substrate, pixels, a first dielectric layer and color filter patterns. Each pixel includes a first active device, a first pixel electrode and a capacitor electrode. The capacitor electrode and the first pixel electrode constitute a storage capacitor. The first dielectric layer covers the first active device. The color filter patterns are disposed on the first dielectric layer. Each of the color filter patterns has a first opening disposed above the capacitor electrode to expose the first dielectric layer above the capacitor electrode. Each first pixel electrode is respectively disposed on one of the color filters and within the corresponding first opening.
