A display device including a first substrate, a color filter, a first electrode layer, a first alignment layer, a second substrate, and a display layer is provided. An interface is between the display region and the border region of the first substrate. The color filter is disposed corresponding to the display region and includes a plurality of first pixel regions and second pixel regions arranged staggeredly. The first alignment layer corresponding to a first one of the first pixel regions counting from the interface towards the display region has a first thickness T, the first alignment layer corresponding to a fourth one of the first pixel regions counting from the interface towards the display region has a second thickness T, and the first thickness Tand the second thickness Tin units of micrometers (&#x3bc;m) are conformed to the following condition: 0.8&#x2264;T/T&#x2264;1.2.

Display device

A thin film transistor substrate is provided. The thin film transistor substrate includes a substrate; at least one signal line disposed over the substrate; a repair line disposed over the signal line and electrically connected to the signal line; and a light-shielding layer disposed over the repair line, wherein the light-shielding layer covers the repair line, and an area of the light-shielding layer is greater than that of the repair line.

A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a blocking structure, and a seal layer. The first substrate has a display region. The blocking structure is disposed on the first substrate and located outside the display region, wherein the blocking structure includes a plurality of first blocking walls, and a distance between two adjacent first blocking walls is 7-50 &#x3bc;m. The seal layer is disposed on the first substrate and surrounds the first blocking walls, wherein each of the first blocking walls has a top surface, and the seal layer is in direct contact with at least one of the top surfaces.
