A method for motion prediction includes receiving spatial information output by a radio-wave sensor, wherein the spatial information includes position and velocity of at least one point; receiving an image captured by a camera; tracking at least one object based on the spatial information and the image to obtain a consolidated tracking result; predicting a motion trajectory of the at least one object based on the consolidated tracking result to obtain a prediction result; and controlling the camera according to the prediction result.

A method and computer readable medium storing a corresponding computer program for decoding a video bitstream based on processors using dynamic load balancing are disclosed. In one embodiment of the present invention, the method configures multiple processors to perform the multiple processing modules including a prediction module by mapping the multiple processing modules to the multiple processors. One or more buffer queues are used among said multiple processing modules and the mapping the prediction module to the multiple processors is based on the level of the buffer queue. The multiple processors may correspond to a multi-core Central Processing Unit (CPU) comprising of multiple CPUs or a multi-core Digital Signal Processor (DSP) comprising of multiple DSPs to practice the present invention.

A transmission interface includes a first pin, a second pin, a conversion unit, and a decoding unit. The serial flash further comprises an input pin and an output pin. The access circuit further comprises a processor, a shift register, a serial flash controller, and a time compensator. The input pin receives an adjusted input signal and the output pin sends an output signal. The processor controls the operation of the access circuit. The serial flash controller enables an operational clock of the access circuit. The time compensator compensates a timing of the output signal by referring to the operational clock. The shift register converts data in parallel form to serial form.

A DVD recorder including a multiplexer that stores multiplexed audio data and video data in a memory device, and a data scrambler that reads the multiplexed data from the memory device and scrambles the multiplexed data to generate scrambled data, in which the scrambled data has a bit sequence that is different from the multiplexed data. The data scrambler stores the scrambled data in the memory device. The multiplexer and the data scrambler access the memory device using a common memory controller.
