A welding quality detection system and a welding quality detection method are provided. A detection device applies a force to at least one weld point of a first welded object or a second welded object that are welded together. A displacement detector detects a displacement signal that varies with the force or time between the first welded object and the second welded object based on the force. A detection module receives or records the displacement signal and determines whether a gap exists between the first welded object and the second welded object based on a slope of the displacement signal, so as to detect the welding quality of the weld point quickly and precisely.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate. A first electrode layer is disposed on the substrate. An electrochromic material single layer is disposed on the first electrode layer, wherein the electrochromic material single layer has a plurality of spherical holes inside, and wherein the electrochromic material single layer includes inorganic materials. An electrolytic layer is disposed on the electrochromic material single layer. A second electrode layer is disposed on the electrolytic layer. A power supply is electrically connected to the first and second electrode layers, respectively. The electrochromic material single layer displays red, blue or green colors according to a driving voltage provided by the power supply.

Display device

A display device is provided. The display device comprises a substrate. A first electrode layer is disposed on the substrate. An electrochromic material single layer is disposed on the first electrode layer, wherein the electrochromic material single layer has a plurality of spherical holes inside. An electrolytic layer is disposed on the electrochromic material single layer. A second electrode layer is disposed on the electrolytic layer. A power supply is electrically connected to the first and second electrode layers, respectively. The electrochromic material single layer displays red, blue or green colors according to a driving voltage provided by the power supply.

A guiding apparatus and method for a shift generated by a web during web transportation is provided, in which a coarse position guiding module and a fine position guiding module function to directly adjust the web so as to compensate the shift occurred during the process of transportation according to a position of the web. By means of monitoring a location of the fine position guiding module at any time, a reference of the coarse position guiding module will be adjusted when the location of the fine position guiding module satisfies the condition defined in the guiding method, so as to change a position where the web enters into the fine position guiding module.

Web transportation guiding apparatus and method

The present invention provides a suction roller which is capable of being adopted for sucking an object. The suction roller is provided with a negative pressure inside thereof and at least one opening for sucking the object by at least one valve disposed in each opening respectively for selectively controlling the on-off of the negative pressure through the opening. During the rotation of the suction roller, the valves in a specific area are capable of being opened so that the negative pressure can pass through the openings with respect to the opened valve to suck the object and transport the object subsequently. In another embodiment, the present invention also provides a transporting apparatus combining the suction roller and a guiding mechanism for transporting the object and compensating the shifting during the moving of the object.

Suction roller and transporting apparatus using the same

An automatic embossing device for plastic floor tile comprises a main frame, a pressing wheel module, a tape supply control wheel module, a position mark sensing module, a tape tension-balancing module, and a tape supply module. When the pressing process for plastic floor tile is performed, the rotation speed of the pressing wheel is first set. The rotation speed of the tape supply control wheel is then set. A zero-point position of rotation angle on the pressing wheel is randomly set. A computer is used to partition and determine a plurality of angle positions; The computer is used to compare the signal of the angle position to that of the position mark on the printed tape to obtain a time difference when the pressing process starts. A distance difference is obtained from the time difference. The computer is used to calculate out the speed compensation according to the rotation speed of the tape supply, control wheel and to adjust immediately the rotation speed of the tape supply control wheel. The angle position and the position mark on the printed tape can thus be kept synchronous at any time. The shift between the pattern on the pressing wheel and the printed pattern on the tape is input to the computer. The computer uses the shift to adjust automatically the zero-point position of rotation angle on the pressing wheel. The pattern on the pressing wheel overlaps the printed pattern on the tape. Normal position adjustment process is then performed. The rotation is thus automatic and continuous.
