An air conditioning control device and a method thereof are provided, and the air conditioning control method includes the following steps. A plurality of predetermined state information and a current state information are generated according to environment states of a physical space, and a target state information is selected form the plurality of predetermined state information according to a minimum energy consumption. Moreover, the current state information and the target state information are utilized to generate a current effective temperature value and a target effective temperature value, and a set temperature value and a return-air temperature value are extracted from an air conditioning controller. The current effective temperature value, the target effective temperature value, the set temperature value and the return-air temperature value are utilized to execute fuzzy inference to generate a temperature fine-tuning value. The temperature fine-tuning value is utilized to adjust the set temperature value.

A method and system for detecting flames are provided. The flame detection method based on image processing techniques performs the following steps to detecting flames. It first finds one or more bright objects in the images that are captured from videos. A flickering state of a bright object is then determined. To verify the existence of a flame, additionally subsequent images from the instant that a bright object first appears are utilized and the similar steps are applied to them. Finally a flame could be detected if the analyzed results are positive after the aforementioned steps have been performed.

Method and system for detecting flame

A smoke detecting method and system are provided. The smoke detecting method and system capture a plurality of images; determine whether a moving object exists in the plurality of images; select the images having the moving object to be analyzed; analyze whether the moving object is moving toward a specific direction and a displacement of a base point of the moving object; and determine the moving object as a smoke when the moving object is moving toward the specific direction and the displacement is less than a threshold value.

Thermal detection system and detection method thereof

A flame detecting method and device are provided to improve the accuracy of flame detection and reduce the possibilities of the false fire alarm. The flame detecting method and device capture a plurality of images of a monitored area; determines whether a moving area image exists in the plurality of images; analyzes at least one of a color model and a flickering frequency of the moving area image to generate a first analyzed result and compares the first analyzed result with a feature of a reference flame image; analyzes at least one of a variation of a location and an area of the moving area image to generate a second analyzed result and compares the second analyzed result with a predetermined threshold; and determines whether the moving area image is a flame image based on results of the comparing steps.
