A method for providing a differentiation in terms of quality of service (QoS) for multiple tenants in a network, by a networking device receives a data packet from a transmitting tenant, and the networking device identifies the tenant and a priority class of the received packet. The networking device then determines one or more color markers to apply to the received packet according to the sending tenant and the priority to be associated with the packet. The networking device then transmits or does not transmit the packet onwards depending on one or more color markers applied to the packet.

Method for providing QOS differentiation in a multi-tenant network and networking device employing method

A method for rerouting traffic by a switch in a software defined networking (SDN) arrangement comprises an additional switch, multiple routing paths between the original switch and the additional switch being preconfigured by a SDN controller. The original switch collects network statistics by transmitting monitoring packets on each of the multiple routing paths and then calculating a round-trip time (RTT) value for each path on the return of the monitoring packets to the additional switch, the two switches functioning together as local controllers. After collection of network statistics from all the multiple routing paths, the original switch selects the routing path with the smallest RTT value and reroutes traffic accordingly.

An autonomous positioning system for a mesh network, includes a mobile device receiving a first transmitting signal, a second transmitting signal and a third transmitting signal via the mesh network, obtaining a first, second, third received signal strength indicator (RSSI) corresponding to the first transmitting signal, the second transmitting signal, and the third transmitting signal; a first stationary access point transmitting the first transmitting signal via the mesh network and receives the a first, second, third received signal strength indicator (RSSI) and obtaining a position of the mobile device according to the first, second, third received signal strength indicator (RSSI); a second stationary access point transmitting the second transmitting signal via the mesh network; and a third stationary access point transmitting the third transmitting signal via the mesh network, wherein the first stationary access point receiving the second distance information and the third distance information.

Autonomous positioning systems

A non-volatile memory cell and methods for programming, erasing and reading thereof are provided. A non-volatile memory cell includes a well region having a first conductive type. A first transistor and a second transistor having a second conductive type are disposed on the well region, wherein a first gate of the first transistor is coupled to a second gate of the second transistor. The first transistor and the second transistor share a drain region, coupling to a bit line. A first source region of the first transistor and a second region of the second transistor are coupled to a first select line and a second line, respectively. A bit is stored in the first and second gates by controlling the first select line and the second line. A bit stored in the first and second gates is erased by controlling the first select line or the second line.

A non-volatile memory cell and methods for programming, erasing and reading thereof are provided. A non-volatile memory cell includes a substrate having a first conductive type. A first transistor, a second transistor and a select transistor having a second conductive type are disposed in the substrate, wherein a first gate of the first transistor is coupled to a second gate of the second transistor. A source region of the first transistor is coupled to a bit line. A drain region of the second transistor and a gate of the select transistor are coupled to a select gate line. A drain region of the first transistor is coupled to a source region of the select transistor. A drain region of the select transistor is coupled to a select line.
