A real-time data processing system is provided comprising a memory device with computer-readable program code stored thereon, a communication device in communication with a network, and a processing device operatively coupled to the memory device and the communication device. The system establishes an operable communication linkage with a first entity system and a second entity system, the first entity system and the second entity system sharing access to a resource repository stored on the second entity system. The system generates a repository image of the resource repository and tracks an interaction with the resource repository in real-time. Based on the tracked interaction, the system synchronizes the repository image with the resource repository, wherein synchronizing the repository image comprises mirroring the interaction on the repository image and updating the first entity system based on the repository image.

Platform-independent architecture for real-time data processing

Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for preventing a customer communication by locking access to customer information. The system, method, and computer program product are configured to a) identify information relating to an event or condition that triggers a lock of customer information associated with a customer; b) lock at least a portion of the customer information associated with the customer based at least partially on the identifying; and c) generate a notification indicating that at least the portion of the customer information associated with the customer is locked based at least partially on the locking.

Preventing contact by locking

Embodiments for implementing virtual dialing campaigns using virtual calling modes include systems for receiving account data associated with customer accounts and identifying an account status associated with each of the accounts based on the account data. The embodiments further include grouping the accounts into one or more queues based on the identified account status, selecting a first call mode for at least one queue, determining dialing parameters associated with the first call mode, providing the at least one queue to a user via a display of a computing device that is in communication with the system, and launching an account from the at least one queue.
