Disclosed herein are a Lissajous dual-axial scan component and a scan frequency generation method thereof. The Lissajous dual-axial scan component scans at a fast-axial resonant frequency and a slow-axial resonant frequency. A fast-axial bias frequency and a slow-axial bias frequency are determined according to the fast-axial resonant frequency and the slow-axial resonant frequency. Fast-axial positive integers and slow-axial positive integers are determined according to a system frequency, the fast-axial bias frequency, and the slow-axial bias frequency. An irreducible fraction is determined according to the fast-axial positive integers and the slow-axial positive integers as a ratio of the fast-axial bias frequency to the slow-axial bias frequency less than 10. A scan trace repetition frequency greater than 24 Hz is determined according to the irreducible fraction in order that the Lissajous dual-axial scan component scans according to the scan trace repetition frequency.

Lissajous dual-axial scan component and scan frequency generation method thereof

The disclosure provides a driving apparatus, a driving method thereof, and a scanning mirror. The scanning mirror includes an accumulator unit and a processor unit. The accumulator unit receives and adds up a frequency control word and a first accumulation value to generate a second accumulation value. The processor unit coupled to the accumulator unit receives the second accumulation value. The processor unit generates a driving signal according the second accumulation value and the preset value and adjusts the second accumulation value for outputting the first accumulation value.

Driving apparatus, driving method thereof, and scanning mirror

A synthetic jet equipment is provided, including a base, a frame fixed to the base, a first member, a pump diaphragm, a second member, and a valve diaphragm. The pump diaphragm connects the first member to the frame, and the valve diaphragm connects the second member to the frame. The base, the frame, the first member, the pump diaphragm, the second member, and the valve diaphragm define a chamber forming an intake and an outlet. When the first member moves in a first direction, the second member moves in a second direction opposite to the first direction and the external air flows into the chamber through the inlet. When the first member moves in the second direction, the second member moves in the first direction, such that the air is exhausted from the chamber through the outlet.

Synthetic jet equipment

A two-dimensional scanning and reflecting device includes a vibration component and a scanning component. The vibration component has a free end. The scanning component includes a frame body, a mass block, and a mirror. The frame body is connected to the free end of the vibration component. A natural frequency of the mirror corresponds to a second frequency. The mass block is disposed on the frame body in an eccentric manner, and the mass block and the natural frequency of the mirror correspond to a first frequency. When the vibration component receives a multi-frequency signal having the first frequency and the second frequency, the mirror vibrates in an axial direction with the first frequency, and vibrates in another axial direction with the second frequency.

Two-dimensional scanning and reflecting device

A vibration-actuated micro mirror device comprises a substrate, a swinging frame, a reflection mirror, and a vibration part. The swinging frame is rotatably arranged within a first accommodating space formed on the substrate. The reflection mirror is rotatably arranged within a second accommodating space formed on the swinging frame. The vibration part further comprises a plate coupled to the substrate, and a first and a second vibration structures. The first and the second vibration structures are coupled to the plate and are spaced a distance away from each other, wherein the first vibration structure receives a first driving signal having a first frequency and the second vibration structure receives a second driving signal having a second frequency smaller than the first frequency, thereby enabling the swinging frame to rotate about the first axis while enabling the reflection mirror to rotate about the second axis.

Vibration-actuated micro mirror device

The present invention provides a vibration-actuated micro mirror device comprising a substrate having a swinging frame and a reflection mirror, and a vibration part having a first and a second vibration structures coupled to the substrate, wherein the first vibration structure is driven to generate a first complex wave formed by a first and a second wave signals while the second vibration structure is driven to generate a second complex wave formed by a third and a fourth wave signals, and the first and the third wave signals are formed with the same frequency and phase while the second and the fourth wave signals are formed with the same frequency but opposite phases. The first and the second complex waves actuate the substrate such that the swinging frame is rotated about a first axis while the reflection mirror is rotated about a second axis.

The present disclosure provides a swinging device having a swinging mechanism disposed on an energy provider, wherein volume and shape of the swinging mechanism and a distance between the swinging mechanism and the energy provider are adjusted so as to control the ratio of the distance and a characteristic value corresponding to the swinging mechanism in a specific range such that the swinging mechanism is capable of resonating with respect to the rotation of the energy provider. The swinging mechanism is capable of detecting the rotating frequency of the energy provider as well as combining with a display unit which is capable of displaying information with respect to the rotating status or displaying image patterns controlled according to the rotating status.

Swinging device and apparatus for detecting rotating status and information displaying device using the same

A swinging apparatus comprising an energy provider and a swinging mechanism disposed thereon. By means of adjusting the size and shape of the swinging mechanism and adjusting a distance between the swinging mechanism and the energy provider so as to control the ratio of the distance between the swinging mechanism and the energy provider to a characteristic value corresponding to the swing mechanism in a range between 4 and 0.25, the swinging frequency of the swinging mechanism may be adjusted automatically to comply with the variation of the motion frequency of the energy provider. The present invention further provides an energy harvester to work with the swinging apparatus and a coil to generate an induced current for power generation during the swing of the swing mechanism. In the present invention, the natural frequency of the swing mechanism may be adjusted according to the rotational velocity of the energy provider.

Swinging apparatus and energy harvester using the same

A chip package structure including a heat dissipation substrate, a chip and a heterojunction heat conduction buffer layer is provided. The chip is disposed on the heat dissipation substrate. The heterojunction heat conduction buffer layer is disposed between the heat dissipation substrate and the chip. The heterojunction heat conduction buffer layer includes a plurality of pillars perpendicular to the heat dissipation substrate. The aspect ratio of each pillar is between about 3:1 and 50:1.

An optical multi-ring scanner is disclosed, which comprises: a substrate; an outer ring driving element, disposed inside the substrate and configured symmetrically at two sides thereof with a pair of first arms that are connected respectively to the substrate; at least one inner ring driving element, each configured with a first inner ring driver in a manner that the first inner ring driver has a pair of second arms symmetrically disposed at a top side and a bottom side thereof while being connected to the outer ring driving element; and a mirror element, disposed inside the first inner ring driver and having a pair of third arms symmetrically disposed at a top side of a bottom side thereof; wherein, the third arm is disposed coaxial with the second arm while enabling the first arm to be disposed perpendicular to the second arm and the third arm.
