A sensor device for high speed rotating machine includes a rotating body and a sensor assembly. The rotating body includes a magnetic permeable ring and at least one positioning structure. The magnetic permeable ring includes a radial displacement sensing area and a rotational speed sensing area, and the positioning feature is arranged in the rotational speed sensing area. The sensor assembly includes four radial displacement sensors and two rotational speed sensors. The radial displacement sensor is a double-probe type sensor, and the speed sensor is a double-probe or four-probe type sensor. Through different types of the rotational speed sensors and the radial displacement sensors, the rotation speed and turning direction of the rotating body can be calculated.

Sensor device for high speed rotating machine

A centrifugal compressor includes a volute base block, a volute cover plate, an impeller, a diffuser-adjusting assembly, a radial constraint assembly, an axial constraint assembly and a driving assembly. A diffuser and a connected volute are formed between the cover plate and the base block. The impeller discharges gas to the centrifugal compressor through the diffuser and the volute. The diffuser adjustment assembly includes a driving ring, a driving rod, a pin and a diffuser ring. The radial constraint assembly is disposed on an inner circumference surface of the driving ring. The axial constraint assembly on an outer circumference surface of the driving ring is located between the top and bottom portions. The drive assembly is to rotate the driving ring. When the driving ring rotates, the pin slides along the pin track, and the driving rod displaces the diffuser ring to adjust a flow-path width of the diffuser.

Centrifugal compressor

A magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor includes a magnetic bearing spindle having a thrust disk, front and rear axial bearings, an impeller and at least one labyrinth seal. The front and the rear axial bearings are disposed individually to opposing sides of the thrust disk. First and second clearances exist axially between the rear and front axial bearings, respectively, and the thrust disk. The impeller connects a front end of the magnetic bearing spindle. The labyrinth seal pairs the magnetic bearing spindle into an oblique arrangement with respect to the axial direction, and each the labyrinth seal is spaced from the magnetic bearing spindle or the impeller by a labyrinth-seal clearance. By controlling the thrust disk axially, a clearance ratio of the first clearance to the second clearance can be varied to adjust the labyrinth-seal clearance. In addition, a magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor controlling method is also provided.

Magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor and controlling method thereof

An adjusting mechanism, adaptive to a main body of a centrifugal compressor, comprises a diffuser channel width adjusting assembly and a gas bypass assembly. The diffuser channel width adjusting assembly comprises a width adjusting annular plate and a first valve stem. The width adjusting annular plate is movably disposed in a diffuser channel of the main body. The first valve stem is connected to the width adjusting annular plate, and configured for driving the width adjusting annular plate to move to adjust the width of the diffuser channel. The gas bypass assembly comprises a gas bypass valve and a second valve stem. The gas bypass valve is movably disposed in a gas bypass passage of the main body. The second valve stem is connected to the gas bypass valve, and configured for driving the gas bypass valve to move to adjust the opening of the gas bypass port.

Adjusting mechanism for centrifugal compressors

An internal hot gas bypass device coupled with inlet guide vane for centrifugal compressor includes an inlet guide vane assembly, a driving motor assembly and a gas bypass valve assembly. The inlet guide vane assembly further includes a master vane, a plurality of slave vanes, a vane-front fixing ring, a vane-rear fixing ring, a vane-driving ring, a connecting pipe and a vane-opening indicating disk. The driving motor assembly further includes a motor, a driving unit and a motor fixing base. The gas bypass valve assembly further includes a valve, an external fixing-and-guiding ring, an internal fixing-and-guiding ring, a driven element, a spring, a sealing ring, a valve stud and a valve base. The driving motor assembly is connected with the driving unit and the master vane of the inlet guide vane assembly via a connecting rod, and is further connected with the slave vanes of the gas bypass valve assembly.

Internal hot gas bypass device coupled with inlet guide vane for centrifugal compressor

An inlet guide vane assembly is disclosed, which comprises: a housing, configured with a first penetration part and a plurality of first grooves; at least one fixing ring, each configured with a second penetration part and a plurality of second grooves; at least one rotary ring, each configured with a third penetration part and a plurality of sliding chutes, wherein the first, the second and the third penetration parts are arranged in communication with one another; a plurality of vane units, each vane unit is composed of a vane, a linkage and a sliding block; and at least one driving unit, for driving one vane of the plural vanes to swing, thus driving the rotary ring to rotate simultaneously, bringing along the other vanes to swing, enabling the sliding blocks to slide inside corresponding sliding chutes, and consequently flipping the vane from a first state to a second state.

Inlet guide vane assembly

A spray type heat-exchanging unit includes a main body; a distributive refrigerant spray module located in an upper part of the main body and having an extended distributor and a refrigerant spray surface; and a plurality of heat exchange tubes provided in the main body below the distributive refrigerant spray module. A liquid refrigerant is guided into the extended distributor to drip onto the refrigerant spray surface, and then uniformly sprayed onto the heat exchange tubes. Gaseous refrigerant produced by evaporation in heat exchange in the main body is recovered via a top opening of the main body, making the mechanical refrigerating apparatus more efficient than a refrigerating apparatus adopting a flooded evaporator, and minimizing the refrigerant charge amount and material cost required by the heat-exchanging unit.

Spray type heat-exchanging unit

An air conditioning system includes a first circulation module and a second circulation module. Two circulation modules are joined by a heat exchanger. The first circulation is a modular refrigeration system includes a compressor, expansion device, and heat exchangers. The second circulation module includes a main liquid refrigerant tank, a number of distributed liquid refrigerant tanks, liquid pumps and a plurality of indoor units which includes a heat exchange device and a vapor propelling device. The heat exchange device is connected to the main liquid tank. The vapor propelling device propels the working fluid in a saturated vapor state to the first heat exchanger, thus forming a working fluid loop. It can be switched between the heating and cooling modes.

Air conditioning system

In the present invention, a method and a system for controlling a compressor are provided. The method includes the steps of: providing a condenser connected to the compressor, and at least one evaporator connected to the condenser; measuring an inlet pressure and an outlet pressure of the compressor to obtain a flow rate of the condensate; determining a secure flow rate and a demanding flow rate based on a total number of the at least one evaporator; comparing at least two of the flow rate, the demanding flow rate and the secure flow rate with each other to obtain a compared result; and controlling the compressor based on the comparing result.

Method and system for controlling compressor

A method for predicting surge in a compressor is provided, which is applicable to a cooling apparatus equipped with a centrifugal compressor. A set of highest outlet pressure values is obtained by a performance test performed on the centrifugal compressor. A coolant flow rate value and an opening percentage value of inlet guide vanes of the centrifugal compressor are measured. An outlet pressure value of the centrifugal compressor is calculated with an equation using the measured coolant flow rate value and the measured opening percentage value. The outlet pressure value is compared with one of the highest outlet pressure values corresponding to the measured opening percentage value, and if the outlet pressure value is larger than or equal to the highest corresponding outlet pressure value, it confirms imminent surge in the centrifugal compressor, so as to provide a basis of preparation for surge elimination.

Method for predicting surge in compressor

A refrigerant floating expansion apparatus including a main body, a standpipe, a float element and a separation element is provided. The main body includes a base plate and a pipe-shaped housing. The standpipe fixed on the base plate has a second pipe opening and a third pipe opening. The pipe wall of the standpipe has at least an opening near the second pipe opening. The float element surrounds the standpipe for controlling a fluid-passing area of the opening. The separation element surrounding the float element is disposed on the base plate and forms an inner path with the pipe-shaped housing. The separation element has several fluid passageways near the base plate. A high-pressure fluid entering the main body is guided to pass through the fluid passageways to move the float element for controlling the fluid-passing area of the opening. Then, the high-pressure fluid is transferred to a low-pressure fluid.
