An inner drum comprises lifting ribs extending along a generatrix of the inner drum, each being hollow inside, a water-splashing surface of each of the lifting ribs has permeable holes to allow a hollow part of each of the lifting ribs to communicate with an inside of the inner drum, and a rear end of each is arranged close to an inner drum bottom, and provided with a water outlet structure. A no-clean washing machine is installed with the inner drum, the inner drum is a closed container with an opening closed by a door. When the inner drum rotates at a high speed, the washing water is guided towards the inner drum bottom and flows to a center of the bottom along a water guide flow channel on the bottom, and is discharged out of the inner drum through a water outlet connector of a central joint.

Inner drum and no-clean washing machine

A sealing valve plug structure includes a valve plug column corresponding to the drain opening formed in the side wall of an inner drum, and a counterweight hinged to the upper end of the valve plug column. The sealing valve installation structure is installed on the side wall of the drum, and the reset spring is clamped between the sealing valve installation structure and the valve plug column. The counterweight is used to generate an action, under the action of centrifugal force, to open the drain opening, and the valve plug column is reset by the reset spring to make the valve plug block the drain opening, to thereby open and close the drain opening. An inner drum cover is provided at a drum opening of an inner drum of a washing machine, the inner drum cover is used to open or close the drum opening, so that the inner drum forms a closed container after the drum opening is closed by the inner drum cover. The inner drum can perform washing after the inner drum cover is correspondingly fastened to the drum opening, so that clothes only come into contact with washing water in the sealed inner drum in a washing process. In this way, a case in which the clothes are contaminated because washing water between the inner drum and an outer drum flows into the inner drum is avoided, washing cleanliness of the washing machine is greatly improved, and incomplete washing of the clothes caused by contamination of the washing water between the inner drum and the outer drum is avoided.

The washing barrel is configured to accommodate washing water. The washing barrel comprises a barrel body and a drainage channel being arranged on a side wall of the barrel body and configured to discharge washing water in the barrel body out of the barrel body during dehydrating. The drainage channel is provided with a water inlet communicated with an inside of the barrel body; and the barrel body is provided with a guiding part used to guide washing water in the barrel body into the water inlet during dehydrating. A drum washing machine comprises an inner drum rotatable. Both ends of the inner drum are closed and rotatably mounted on a supporting device through rotating shafts, respectively. A side wall of the inner drum is provided with an input port for taking and putting items. A sealing inner cover capable of being opened/closed is mounted at the input port. A water flow passage for feeding water and/or draining water is arranged in at least one of the rotating shafts at both ends of the inner drum. The whole inner drum may be made into a drum without any hole. During the washing process, washing water is held in the inner drum, and the inner drum rotates to wash clothes. The formula which is configured to calculate the release amount of detergent is also provided based on both of the detergent concentration level and the laundry weight. Hence, the problem of excess foaming and residue caused by putting too much concentrated detergents which have to introduce more rinsing cycles could be effectively solved.

Meanwhile, centrifugal force during the high-speed rotation of the drum is used to control valve cores of the sealing valves such that the drainage ports are automatically opened for drainage from the drum.
