At least one phase shift unit of the plurality of phase shift units includes: a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure. The first conductive structure includes at least one first transmission line, and a second transmission line connected to the at least one first transmission line, the second transmission line being configured as an inductive load. The second conductive structure includes at least one third transmission line, each third transmission line being configured to form a capacitor with a first transmission line. The first transmission line, the third transmission line and the capacitor constitute at least a portion of a phase shift communication path of the phase shifter.

The phase shifter includes: first and second dielectric substrates opposite to each other, a first transmission line and a second transmission line on a side of the first dielectric substrate close to the second dielectric substrate, patch electrodes on a side of the second dielectric substrate close to the first dielectric substrate, and a tunable dielectric layer between a layer where the transmission lines are located and a layer where the patch electrodes are located; wherein orthographic projections of two ends of each patch electrode on the first dielectric substrate overlap with orthographic projections of the first and second transmission lines on the first dielectric substrate, respectively; and at least two of the plurality of patch electrodes are connected to different first bias voltage lines.

Each transmission component includes a first transmission structure and a second transmission structure; the at least one first radiation portion and the at least one second feed structure are on a side of the first dielectric substrate away from the at least one transmission component. Each first feed structure includes a first feed port and at least one second feed port; each second feed structure includes a third feed port and at least one fourth feed port.

Provided is a balun structure, including: a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer, a ground electrode, an unbalance electrode, and a balance electrode. The first dielectric layer, the ground electrode, the second dielectric layer are successively stacked, and the ground electrode has a coupling hole therein. The coupling hole extends from a surface facing the first dielectric layer to a surface facing the second dielectric layer. The antenna includes a phase shifting unit, a reference electrode layer, and an antenna substrate; the phase shifting unit includes at least one phase shifter, each includes a first transmission structure, a second transmission structure, and a phase shifting structure therebetween; the reference electrode layer is provided with at least one and second first openings; the antenna substrate includes a first dielectric substrate, and a feed structure and at least one first radiation portion on a side of the first dielectric substrate away from the reference electrode layer; the feed structure includes at least one first and second feed ports; for each phase shifter, the first transmission structure is electrically connected to a corresponding second feed port through a corresponding first opening; and the second transmission structure is electrically connected to a corresponding first radiation portion through a corresponding second opening.

A substrate integrated with passive devices and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method of the substrate integrated with passive devices includes: providing a transparent dielectric layer with first connection vias therein, wherein the transparent dielectric layer includes a first surface and a second surface, which are opposite to each other along a thickness direction of the transparent dielectric layer; integrating the passive devices onto the transparent dielectric layer, wherein the passive devices include at least an inductor, the integrating the passive devices onto the transparent dielectric layer includes: forming first sub-structures on the first surface of the transparent dielectric layer, forming second sub-structures on the second surface, and forming first connection electrodes in the first connection vias, respectively; wherein the first sub-structures, the first connection electrodes and the second sub-structures are connected together to form a coil structure of the inductor.

The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first electrode layer at a side of the first base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a second electrode layer at a side of the second base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The first electrode layer includes a main body structure having a first side and a second side opposite to each other with respect to an extension direction of the main body structure, and a plurality of branch structures connected to at least one of the first side and the second side of the main body structure. The second electrode layer includes a plurality of first fingers.

Liquid crystal phase shifter, method for operating the same, liquid crystal antenna, and communication apparatus

An antenna and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The antenna includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a plurality of radiation units on a side of the first substrate distal to the second substrate, and a waveguide power division structure between the first substrate and the second substrate. The waveguide power division structure has a waveguide cavity, includes an input opening and a plurality of output openings, and divides a signal input through the input opening into a plurality of sub-signals. The plurality of sub-signals are output from the plurality of output openings, respectively, and each of the plurality of output openings outputs one of the plurality of sub-signals to at least one of the plurality of radiation units.

Antenna and manufacturing method thereof

A flat panel detector is provided, which includes a base substrate and a plurality of detection regions arranged in an array on the base substrate, where each detection region is successively provided with a photosensitive sensor and an optical structure along a direction away from the base substrate; the optical structure includes a condensing unit and a light filtering unit, where the condensing unit is used for receiving the near-infrared light and ambient light emitted by the laser light source and performing condensing, and the light filtering unit is configured to shield the ambient light and transmitting the near-infrared light; a photosensitive sensor which includes an amorphous silicon photodiode and a thin film transistor, where the amorphous silicon photodiode is configured to convert the near-infrared light transmitted by the light filtering unit into an electrical signal.

A phase calibration method for a phased array antenna is provided. The method includes: sequentially calibrating M×N antenna units based on a pre-obtained test voltage set including first test voltages; sequentially loading the first test voltages to the antenna unit in the ith row and the jth column, and acquiring phase and amplitude information of a microwave signal radiated by the antenna unit every time one first test voltage is loaded; acquiring first array vectors through analysis based on the phase and amplitude information of the acquired microwave signals of the antenna unit under different first test voltages; obtaining a calibration response vector of the antenna unit under each first test voltage in the test voltage set through a first preset algorithm based on the first array vector, and determining a target voltage-phase curve corresponding to the antenna unit in the ith row and the jth column.

Phase calibration method and apparatus for phased array antenna

By rearranging and distributing transistors in each shift register, the number of transistors in a lateral direction is less than that of transistors in a longitudinal direction. That is a circuit structure of the shift register is designed to extend longitudinally, so that a size of the shift register in the lateral direction can be reduced, a narrow frame design is realized, and seamless splicing is favorably realized in a large-sized display panel.
