An electronic device includes a flexible substrate, an anisotropic conductive film, and an electronic element. The flexible substrate includes an active area, a bonding pad, and a plurality of protrusions located on the bonding pad. The anisotropic conductive film includes a plurality of conductive particles. The conductive particles are in contact with the protrusions. The anisotropic conductive film is located between the bonding pad of the flexible substrate and the electronic element.

Electronic device

A carrier apparatus is adapted to carry a flexible substrate. The carrier apparatus includes two carrier plates, two adhesive layers, and two supporting units. The carrier plates have a gap with respect to each other, and each of the carrier plates has a first region and a second region, wherein the second regions of the carrier plates are adjacent to each other and are located between the first regions. The adhesive layers are respectively disposed in the first regions of the carrier plates. The supporting units are respectively disposed in the second regions of the carrier plates and are coplanar with the adhesive layers, wherein the flexible substrate is fixed on the carrier plates through the adhesive layers, and the supporting units are detachably attached to a bending zone of the flexible substrate by attractive force. A display including the carrier apparatus and a flexible display panel is provided.

Carrier apparatus and display

A flexible laminated structure includes a first protective layer, a plurality of patterned structures, and a second protective layer. The patterned structures are disposed on the first protective layer and expose a portion of the first protective layer. Each of the patterned structures has a first width adjacent to the first protective layer and a second width away from the first protective layer, and the first width is smaller than the second width. The second protective layer is disposed on the first protective layer and covers the patterned structures and the first protective layer.

Flexible laminated structure and display

A flexible laminated structure includes a first protection layer, a second protection layer directly contacting the first protection layer and a flexible material layer. The second protection layer having a plurality of openings, which are used to expose a portion of the first protection layer. The flexible material layer is disposed on the second protection layer and extends into the openings, and directly contacts the first protection layer exposed by the openings. An adhesion between the flexible material layer and the first protection layer is greater than an adhesion between the second protection layer and the first protection layer.

A circuit structure includes a flexible substrate, an inorganic barrier layer, a first wire, a second wire, a third wire, a fourth wire, an organic dielectric layer, a first conductive via, and a second conductive via. The inorganic barrier layer is disposed over the flexible substrate. The first and second wires are disposed on the inorganic barrier layer and contact the inorganic barrier layer. The first and second wires are separated from each other. The organic dielectric layer is disposed over the first and second wires. The third wire is disposed in the organic dielectric layer. The fourth wire is disposed above the organic dielectric layer. The first conductive via is disposed in the organic dielectric layer and contacts the first and third wires. The second conductive via is disposed in the organic dielectric layer and contacts the second and fourth wires.

Circuit structure

A flexible display device includes a flexible substrate, an inorganic barrier layer, a metal layer, an organic buffer layer, and an insulating layer. The inorganic barrier layer is located on the flexible substrate. The metal layer is located on the inorganic barrier layer and in contact with the inorganic barrier layer. The organic buffer layer covers the inorganic barrier layer and the metal layer, and has at least one conductive via connected to the metal layer. The insulating layer is located on the organic buffer layer.

Flexible display device

A pixel array substrate including a substrate, first signal lines, second signal lines, third signal lines, and active devices is provided. The first signal lines, the second signal lines, the third signal lines, and the active devices are disposed on the substrate. Each of the first signal lines has a jumper wire bridge structure which includes a first line and a second line disposed on the same film layer, and a third line disposed on another film layer. The second signal lines intersect the first signal lines and the third signal lines. Each of the second signal lines is electrically connected to one of the first signal lines. Each active device is electrically connected to one second signal line and one third signal line.

Pixel array substrate

An active device array structure including a substrate including a first region and a second region, and first signal lines, second signal lines, third signal lines, and active devices disposed on the substrate is provided. A bending degree of the first region is greater than that of the second region. The first signal lines and the second signal lines cross through the first region and the second region. Each first signal line includes a first multi-segments structure located in the first region. Each first multi-segments structure includes first segments connected in parallel. An extending direction of the third signal lines is intersected with the first signal lines and the second signal lines. Each third signal line is electrically connected to one first signal line. The active devices are electrically connected to the second and the third signal lines, or the first and the third signal lines.

Active device array structure

A foldable display device includes a holding structure and a flexible display panel. The holding structure includes a housing, a first supporting stage, a second supporting stage, a supporting element, and a first flexible element. A third portion of the housing is pivotally connected to a first portion and a second portion of the housing. The third portion of the housing has an accommodating space. The first supporting stage is located on the first portion of the housing. The second supporting stage is located on the second portion of the housing. A gap is formed between the portion of the second supporting stage and the portion of the first supporting stage. The supporting element is located in the accommodating space. Two ends of the first flexible element are respectively connected to the supporting element and the third portion of the housing.

Foldable display device and holding structure thereof

An imaging system suitable for projecting an image beam provided by a light valve unto a screen is provided. The imaging system includes a projection lens and a light beam modulation module. The projection lens is disposed on an optical path of the image beam, so as to project the image beam unto the screen. The light beam modulation module comprising a fixed light shutter and a movable light shutter is disposed between the projection lens and the light valve. The fixed light shutter is disposed on the optical path of the image beam so as to shield off a portion of the circumferential light of the image beam. The movable light shutter is suitable for moving into the optical path of the image beam to shield off another portion of the circumferential light of the image beam.

Imaging system and projection apparatus having light beam modulation module

The invention provides a three-dimensional image projecting apparatus. The three-dimensional image projecting apparatus comprises a light signal generator, a filter device, a focusing device and a reflecting device. The light signal generator is used for generating a projection light signal. The filter device filters the projection light signal for generating a set of polarized light signal. The focusing device receives the set of polarized light signal for generating a set of focusing light signal. The reflecting device receives the set of focusing light signal for generating a set of reflected light signal.
