The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating a heterogeneous nickel-based catalyst on an aluminum oxide support. The method includes a solution preparation step, a drop-cast step, a first calcining step, and a second calcining step. The solution preparation step is provided for preparing a precursor solution. The drop-cast step is provided for dropping the precursor on the support. The first calcining step is provided for obtaining an oxidation state catalyst. The second calcining step is provided for obtaining the heterogeneous nickel-based catalysts on aluminum oxide support.

A head up display (HUD) includes a housing having an opening, a transmission mechanism disposed in the housing, a cover connected to the transmission mechanism and a drive mechanism configured to drive the transmission mechanism. The cover is movable between a closed position wherein the cover hides the opening and an opened position wherein the cover is located within the housing by the transmission mechanism. While the cover moves from the closed position to the opened position, the cover moves to an intermediate position below the opening in a vertical way, and moves away from the intermediate position below the opening to the opened position in sequence.

Head up display

An automatic document feeding scanning device including an automatic document feeder, a flatbed scanner and a power switching mechanism is provided. The automatic document feeder has a pickup arm and a feeding gear, the flatbed scanner has a scanning module and a scanning gear. When the scanning module is moved and the movement of the scanning module is obstructed to enable the scanning module to take a first reacting force, the power switching mechanism is disengaged from the scanning gear in response to the first reacting force and transfers a driving power to the automatic document feeder. When the pickup arm is swung and the swing of the pickup arm is obstructed to enable the pickup arm to take a second reacting force, the power switching mechanism is disengaged from the feeding gear in response to the second reacting force and transfers the driving power to the flatbed scanner.

Automatic document feeding scanning device

The present invention discloses an automatic document feeding scanning device including an automatic document feeder, a flatbed scanner and a power switching mechanism. The automatic document feeder has a pickup arm and a feeding gear, the flatbed scanner has a scanning module and a scanning gear, and the power switching mechanism has two driving elements and a planet gear module. When the two driving elements rotate in the same rotating direction, the planet gear module is swung to a position near the scanning gear and engaged with the scanning gear such that the power switching mechanism transfers a driving power to the automatic document feeder. When the two driving elements rotate in different rotating directions, the planet gear module is swung to a position near the feeding gear and engaged with the feeding gear such that the power switching mechanism transfers a driving power to the flatbed scanner.

An automatic document feeder includes a document input tray, a document discharge tray, a pushing member, and an elastic element. The document discharge tray is disposed under the document input tray. The pushing member is disposed on the document input tray. By pushing the pushing member, the pushing member is swung relative to the document input tray. The elastic element is contacted with the pushing member and the document input tray. The elastic element provides an elastic force to the pushing member. When the pushing member is not pushed, the pushing member is returned to an original position in response to the elastic force. By pushing the pushing member to allow the pushing member to be swung relative to the document input tray, the document discharge tray is exposed through the document input tray. Consequently, the paper sheet can be easily removed from the document discharge tray.

Automatic document feeder

A method for forming a thin-film transistor (TFT) includes providing a substrate, forming a first patterned conducting layer on the substrate, forming an organic dielectric layer on the first patterned conducting layer and the substrate, forming a seeding layer on the organic dielectric layer, using the seeding layer as a crystal growing base to form an inorganic semiconductor layer on the seeding layer, and forming a second patterned conducting layer on the inorganic semiconductor layer.

Thin-film transistor and forming method thereof

An organic-inorganic lighting device and a method for fabricating the same is disclosed. Firstly, a conductive substrate is provided, and an inorganic conducting film layer and a seed layer are formed in turn on the conductive substrate. Next, an array of micro and nano zinc oxide wire is formed on the seed layer by using properties of the seed layer. Finally, an electrode layer is formed on the array of micro and nano zinc oxide wire. The invention solves the problem of low mobility of electrons in inorganic materials.

Organic-inorganic lighting device and a method for fabricating the same

An organic/inorganic white lighting device is disclosed. The organic/inorganic white lighting device includes an anode, an organic/inorganic lighting layer, and a cathode. The organic/inorganic lighting layer is disposed between the anode and the cathode. The organic/inorganic lighting layer includes organic material and an inorganic micro/nano structure of Zinc Oxide (ZnO), wherein the organic material is capable of emitting blue light, the inorganic micro/nano structure of Zinc Oxide is capable of emitting green-yellow light, and the blue light and green-yellow light are mixed for generating white light.
