A driving device is used to control pixels of a pixel array. The driving device includes driving circuits. Each driving circuit includes a pulse width modulation circuit, which is used to provide an output pulse signal to at least one of the pixels of the pixel array, and a shift control circuit, which is used to provide a shift pulse signal to the pulse width modulation circuit and the shift control circuit of a next stage. The output pulse signal has an output pulse width. The shift pulse signal has a shift pulse width, which is substantially equal to a first period of a first clock signal or a second period of a second clock signal. The first period is equal to the second period. The pulse width modulation circuit modulates the output pulse width in response to the shift pulse signal, a data signal and a sweep signal.

A signal processing system includes a first transceiver unit, a second transceiver unit, a protocol analysis circuit, a system chip, and a network unit. The first transceiver unit can transceive a first optical signal and a first electrical signal. The second transceiver unit can transceive a second optical signal and a second electrical signal. A method of processing a semiconductor wafer is provided. The method includes installing upper lid. The installation of the upper lid includes placing an inlet manifold on a water box; inserting a jig into a lower gas channel in the water box and inserting into an upper gas channel in the inlet manifold; fastening the water box to the inlet manifold; and removing the jig after the water box engaging with the inlet manifold. The method also includes connecting a shower head on a lower side of the water box; and connecting the upper lid to a housing. The method further includes placing a semiconductor wafer into the housing. In addition, the method includes supplying a process gas over the semiconductor wafer through the upper gas channel, the lower gas channel and the shower head.

A capacitive-type touch panel and a touch-point detecting method thereof are provided. The capacitive-type touch panel includes a plurality of first-dimension sensing lines and a plurality of second-dimension sensing lines arranged crossing over one another and in a matrix. When detecting a first touch point and a second touch point existed on the capacitive-type touch panel at the same time by scanning the capacitive-type touch panel, locations of the first touch point and the second touch point are determined according to detected currents in the first-dimension sensing lines and the second-dimension sensing lines. One embodiment of the invention includes an image compensation module, an OLED display panel, and an OLED display apparatus. A target current value corresponding to a target gray level is stored in a compensation memory portion. A reference gray level and a reference current value corresponding to the reference gray level are stored in a reference memory portion. A compensation gray level can be obtained by an arithmetic compensation unit according to the target current value, reference gray level, reference current value, and gamma parameter. This may reduce the memory space needed for the compensation and reference memory portions, and compensate the images of the display apparatus and panel so that precise colors can be displayed with a high image quality.
