A transparent conductive film composite is provided. The transparent conductive film composite includes (a) 0.07-0.2 wt % of a metallic material; (b) 0.01-0.5 wt % of a dispersant; and 99.3-99.92 wt % of a solvent, wherein the metallic material (a) includes: (a1) 84-99.99 wt % of metal nanowires; and (a2) 0.01-16 wt % of micron metal flakes. A transparent conductive film manufactured from the transparent conductive film composite is also provided.

Disclosed is a conductive paste composition, including 100 parts by weight of copper powder, 40 to 150 parts by weight of silver powder, 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of carbon powder, 1 to 5 parts by weight of glass powder, and 5 to 15 parts by weight of binder. A system for manufacturing graphene nanoribbon by continuous microwave is disclosed. The system comprises a microwave heating tank for heating carbon nanotube through microwave, a reaction tank for adding an oxidizing or reducing agent and a pipeline for connecting all devices of the system. A feed rate is controlled by a pump to enter raw material into the system via the pipeline, the nanotube is made to be a graphene nanoribbon by heating, adding the oxidizing agent, reheating, adding the reducing agent and reheating. Therefore, the graphene nanoribbon could be mass produced automatically in a short time.

Methods and devices are disclosed for detecting undesired moisture for a luminescence display device. A moisture detector is encapsulated between two shields with one or more display elements, and has a layer of metal placed in a predetermined location close to the display elements that does not affect an operation thereof, wherein the undesired moisture is detected by monitoring one or more moisture-affected material characteristics thereof.
