A detecting system for an unauthorized device having a movable locator is disclosed. The movable locator includes a location positioning unit, a signal sniffing unit, a signal collecting unit, and a device positioning unit. The location positioning unit detects a locator position of the movable locator. The signal sniffing unit detects Wi-Fi signal of an unauthorized device and generates a sensing report message. The signal collecting unit adds multiple sensing report messages to a sensing report record collection. The device positioning unit organizes multiple positioning combinations based on the content of the sensing report record collection, generates multiple positioning results respectively based on the multiple positioning combinations, and performs a weighting process to the multiple positioning results to generate a final positioning result of the unauthorized device.

The present invention discloses an electrical inspection method for solar cells, comprising steps of supplying a voltage and a current to a solar cell for stimulating the solar cell and giving a ray of light; filtering the light to give a ray of light having a predetermined wavelength; and measuring an optical power value of the light having a predetermined wavelength. The electrical inspection method adopts a low-cost apparatus to replace the solar simulators according to the prior art. In addition to saving costly equipment, filter adjustment, and the maintenance fee for replacing lamps, the defect inspection flow for solar cells can be further integrated and hence improving the efficiency.

The present invention uses a power supply to splay a forward bias to a concentrating solar cell. Then the solar cell will emit red light (electroluminescence). After passing the secondary optical device packaged on the solar cell, the red light will exhibit specific light distribution. According to the light distribution, the accuracy of the packaging location of the solar cell, the forming precision of the secondary optical device, and whether the optical devices are defective can be examined.

Method for inspecting solar cell packages

The present invention discloses a concentrator photovoltaic module and the alignment device and method thereof. A laser source is disposed on a top surface of an alignment device at a tilt angle. According to the optical alignment points on a circuit board, the circuit board and the concentrating lens can be aligned and thus completing assembling a concentrator photovoltaic module. The alignment device and method for concentrator photovoltaic module requires no optically inactive region to complete alignment. Thereby, the utilization of the sunlight and the output power efficiency of the concentrator photovoltaic module can be enhanced.

An outer frame drainage structure of a concentrator type solar cell module, wherein, a drainage element having a predetermined height is disposed between a side board and a frame edge, hereby keeping a drainage slit between said side board and the corresponding frame edge, so that moisture will not remain inside the concentrator type solar cell module, thus the concentrator type solar cell module is able to operate in an optimal light-to-electricity conversion efficiency. In a structure mentioned above, a concave slit is formed through engaging and positioning an extended and bent positioning portion of the side board into a positioning slot of the frame edge, and the concave slit is linked to the drainage slit, thus facilitating exit of moisture and preventing intrusion of foreign objects effectively.

A lens device includes a base, groups of prism-like elements formed on the base and at least two alignment points formed on the base. Each of the groups and a related portion of the base form a lens. Each of the prism-like elements comprises an incidence surface in the form of a camber. The alignment points are used for alignment of a laser device with the lens device.

Lens for concentration photovoltaic module

A manufacturing process of silicone glass concentrator lens, wherein, a mold is provided with a material inlet hole and an air outlet hole that are respectively used for pouring in liquid silicone and exiting air respectively. Wherein, firstly, the mold is connected to a glass carrier plate in a vertical arrangement, then pouring the liquid silicone into the mold through the material inlet hole, thus exiting the excessive air through the air outlet hole of the mold automatically. Through the application of this manufacturing process, a bubble-free silicone glass concentrator lens can be made in a fast manner without the occurrences of liquid silicone overflow, hereby reducing the production cost.

There is disclosed an apparatus for testing concentration-type solar cells. The apparatus includes a light source for emitting light, a focusing unit for focusing the light emitted from the light source and turning the same into a light beam, a testing unit for testing any one of solar cells of a wafer; and a wafer-positioning unit for moving the wafer horizontally and vertically, thus brining a targeted one of the solar cells into contact with the testing unit.
