Anti-CD79b antibodies, drug conjugates, and applications thereof

The present invention relates to a platform door control apparatus based on a double 2-vote-2 architecture, including a security communication and logic processing module, a driver collection module, and a maintenance module, the security communication and logic processing module is separately connected to the driver collection module and the maintenance module, and both the security communication and logic processing module and the driver collection module are devices using the double 2-vote-2 architecture. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages of effectively improving linkage efficiency of a signal system and a platform door system, and the like.

Platform door control apparatus based on double 2-vote-2 architecture

A frame pool includes a pool body having a space for containing liquid and a support frame for supporting the pool body. The pool body has an upper edge with a sleeve. The support frame includes an upper frame extending through the sleeve and a plurality of support members holding the upper frame in an elevated position. The upper frame includes first upper tubes, second upper tubes, and connecting tubes connecting the first upper tubes to the second upper tubes. Collars are provided within assembling ends of the first and second upper tubes. Each end of each of the connecting tubes is movably inserted into a collar located within an assembling end of a corresponding one of the upper tubes. Anti-rust coatings on the outer surfaces of the connecting tubes can be prevented from being worn and water can be sealed out of the tubes of the upper frame.

The present invention is directed to tetramaleimide linkers and use thereof, more specifically to the compounds represented by formula I and their use in the preparation of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The ADCs obtained from the tetramaleimide linkers have high homogeneity and stability, and could be used effectively for the treatment of various diseases including tumors. The definition of the groups in formula I is the same as that in the description.

A lower portion of a photoelectric position limiting block is connected to the fixing portion, and an upper portion thereof has a limiting structure. A tail end portion of a second end of the lever is disposed in the limiting structure, limiting its deviation. The photoelectric position limiting block has a photoelectric position sensor and a stop structure for limiting deviation of the tail end portion.

A weighing sensor and a lever are disclosed. The weighing sensor has a load-receiving portion, a fixing portion, and a parallel guiding portion connected to the load-receiving portion and the fixing portion. The parallel guiding portion has upper and lower parallel guiding units, separated from each other. The ends of the parallel guiding units are connected to the load-receiving portion and the fixing portion. The fixing portion has an extension located between the parallel guiding units. The extension is at a distance from both parallel guiding units and extends to the load-receiving portion. A gap is formed between the extension and the load-receiving portion; and the distance between the extension and the upper parallel guiding unit allows a lever to pass through. The weighing sensor has a simple structure, both the processing process and the assembly process are simplified, and the processing and assembly during production are facilitated.

An above ground pool assembly comprises a bracket and a pool body. The bracket includes a plurality of horizontal and vertical support members. The horizontal support members couple to one another forming an upper frame. The plurality of vertical support members couple to the upper frame. The pool body has a side wall, wherein a top of the side wall is provided with a plurality of sleeves. The sleeves attach to the plurality of horizontal support members. Each horizontal support member has an outer surface with an uneven texture. The uneven texture reduces the contact areas between the pool body and the horizontal support members and avoids adhesion between the pool body and the horizontal support members, so that the pool body and the bracket can be separated easily, thereby reducing the possibility of damaging the pool body. Moreover, the wear resistance and slip resistance of the bracket are improved.

The tridentate linkers can be used to prepare an antibody drug conjugates as represented by formula I,L-(T-A-D)&#x2003;&#x2003;Iwherein, L is an antibody, antibody fragment or protein; T is a tridentate linker part; A is a cleavable linker group or a noncleavable linker part; D is a drug part; n is an integer of 0-8. The structure of the tridentate linker part is as represented by formula II, wherein, W is substituted aryl, heteroaryl, linear alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, or any combination thereof.
