A light emitting module includes a base, a light guide sheet, a circuit board, a light emitting unit, and a film. The base includes a base plate and a first dam disposed on a side of the base plate. The light guide sheet is disposed on the base plate, and includes a light exit region and a light mixing region. The light exit region is adjacent to the first dam. At least a part of the circuit board is disposed on the light mixing region. The light emitting unit is disposed on a surface of the circuit board close to the light guide sheet. The film is disposed on the light guide sheet and the circuit board, and includes a first zone and a second zone. A transmittance of the first zone is greater than a transmittance of the second zone.

Light emitting module

A floating image display device, configured to generate a floating image, is provided. The floating image display device includes an image module and at least one transflective optical element. The image module is configured to provide a first image. The transflective optical element includes a first reflective surface and a second reflective surface. The first image is located between the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface. Each of the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface includes a curved surface and has no opening on an optical axis thereof. The second reflective surface is a transflective surface. The first reflective surface and the second reflective surface are configured to re-converge rays from the first image to form a second image. The second image is a floating image.

Floating image display device

A keyboard includes a circuit board module and a key module. The key module includes a keycap, a connecting seat, a connecting assembly and an elastic member. The connecting seat is disposed on the circuit board module. The connecting seat has an opening. One end of the connecting assembly connects to the keycap, and the other end connects to the connecting seat. The elastic member is disposed in the opening of the connecting seat, and the connecting seat presses against the elastic member.

Keyboard and key module thereof

A light bar module includes an outer light guide member, an inner light guide member, and a circuit board. The outer light guide member is provided with a first accommodating space and a light-emitting surface on two sides respectively. The inner light guide member is provided with a second accommodating space, and the inner light guide member is accommodated in the first accommodating space. The circuit board is provided with a plurality of light-emitting elements, and each of the light-emitting elements is accommodated in the second accommodating space and is configured to emit light from the light-emitting surface.

Light bar module

A light source module includes a light source and a light guide plate. The light guide plate has a light entrance surface, a light exit surface, and a bottom surface. The light entrance surface faces the light source and is located between the light exit surface and the bottom surface. The bottom surface is opposite to the light exit surface and has a plurality of microstructures. The microstructures are a plurality of ridge-shaped microstructures formed in the light guide plate. Each of the microstructures includes a light-facing surface, and a first included angle between the light-facing surface and the bottom surface is 30 degrees to 70 degrees.

Light source module

A backlight module includes a film, a light guide plate disposed under the film, and a circuit board disposed under the light guide plate and provided with a light-emitting unit. The film includes a single-key transparent area, a light-shielding area disposed around the single-key transparent area, and a side transparent area disposed adjacent to or along an edge of the film. The light guide plate has a first microstructure group and a through hole correspondingly disposed under the single-key transparent area, a second microstructure group correspondingly disposed under the side transparent area, and a light-transmitting area partially correspondingly disposed under the light-shielding area. The light-emitting unit is accommodated in the through hole. A number of microstructures or a light-emitting area of the second microstructure group is greater than a number of microstructures or a light emitting area of the first microstructure group.

Backlight module

A light source module including a light guide plate and a light emitting element is provided. The light guide plate includes an upper surface concentric circle structure and a lower surface concentric circle structure opposite to the upper surface concentric circle structure. The center of the upper surface concentric circle structure corresponds to the center of the lower surface concentric circle structure. The light emitting element is disposed corresponding to the center of the upper surface concentric circle structure and the center of the lower surface concentric circle structure.

A method of image conversion includes selecting a set of pixels from a source image, storing the set of pixels in a memory, determining whether the set of pixels includes at least one pixel requiring coordinate conversion by querying a predetermined mapping table, if the set of pixels includes the at least one pixel requiring coordinate conversion, converting the coordinates of the at least one pixel, and after converting the coordinates of the at least one pixel, removing the set of pixels from the memory.

Camera image conversion method capable of reducing processing time

An image ranging system has a light source module having a light source diode and a light source lens, and an image sensing module, placed near the light source, having an image sensing device and an image sensing lens. An optical signal emitted from the light source diode passes through the light source lens with a luminous intensity profile which is characterized by intensity Iand then reaches an object. A reflection signal is generated by the object. The relationship between the intensity Iand the emission angle &#x3b8; of the optical signal is I=1/cos&#x3b8;. The reflection signal into the image source lens has an incident angle &#x3b8; the same as the emission angle of the optical signal, and images the object onto the image sensing device. The ratio of the height of object image to the effective focal length of image sensing lens is proportional to sin &#x3b8;.

Image ranging system, light source module and image sensing module

The present invention relates to the growth of a native oxide layer on a surface of a silicon substrate. Deep ultraviolet (UV) light is irradiated to thereby effectively improve the quality of the native oxide layer. By improving the quality, the difficulty of the surface treatment of a cross-section sample for scanning capacitance microscopy (SCM) is improved. The life cycle and reliability of the sample are also improved with enhanced reproducibility for the measurement of SCM. Thus, the present invention provides an improved method and an apparatus using the same to prepare a cross-sectional sample for SCM. The feasibility and the concrete method for enhancing oxide layer quality on a silicon substrate surface by UV light irradiation under a humidity-controlled environment are established. The optimum parameters of irradiation time for n-type and p-type samples are made.

Method of irradiating ultraviolet light on silicon substrate surface for improving quality of native oxide layer and apparatus using the same

Disclosed is a composite array camera lens module, including: a first lens layer disposed at a position from a diaphragm toward an object space having a first-type lens and a second-type lens; a second lens layer disposed at a position from the diaphragm toward an image space having a third-type lens and a fourth-type lens, wherein the first-type lens and the third-type lens are positive lenses and form a first camera lens with a first effective focal length, and the second-type lens and the fourth-type lens are a negative lens and a positive lens, respectively, and form a second camera lens with a second effective focal length less than the first effective focal length; and an image sensor arranged at a side of the second lens layer away from the diaphragm, wherein the first lens layer, the second lens layer and the image sensor are designed to be parallel flat planes.

Composite array camera lens module

A visible light response photocatalyst structure and a process for manufacturing the same are disclosed, where the structure is manufactured by the GRR for two times, so that the structure has a large surface area, high surface activity, being apt to get integrated with a silicon substrate and endurable to the environment, and further has the rapid and simple manufacturing characteristics without any additional energy required and has a high reproductively.

Visible light response catalyst structure and process for manufacturing the same

A key structure includes a carrying body, a frame body, a keycap and at least two independent connecting members. The frame body is disposed on the carrying body and forms plurality of sliding grooves. The keycap has a plurality of cap edges and is disposed with a plurality of pivoting portions. The at least two connecting members are each connected between the keycap and the frame body, corresponding to two of the cap edges opposite to each other. Each connecting member includes a pivoting rod and a sliding rod. Each pivoting rod pivots on one of the pivoting portions, and each sliding rod is slidably limited in one of the sliding grooves. This design has preferred structural strength, smooth pressing movement and reliable pressing contact.

Key structure and keyboard having the same

A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a key cap, a key base, a recovering member and a linkage mechanism having linkage members. The key base is disposed between the key cap and the base plate. The recovering member is disposed between the key cap and the base plate. The linkage members are physically separated from each other, and are respectively inclinedly disposed between the key base and the key cap, and collectively surround the recovering member. One end of each of the linkage members is pivotally connected to the key base, and the other end of each of the linkage members is slidably connected to the key cap.
