The present invention uses a photolithography process and an electroplating process to perform. TAV copper filling and patterning of the fabrication of the double side copper-plated layers to plate the double side copper-plated layers in advance at the TAV through holes to serve as a stress buffer layer of the aluminum nitride substrates. Then the subsequent pattern designs of the copper-plated layers are customized. According to the simulation theory calculations, it is proved that the stress which accumulates on the short-side of the copper-plated layer of the aluminum nitride substrate with the asymmetric structure may be effectively reduced to facilitate the improvement of the reliability of the aluminum nitride substrate.

Method for reduction of interfacial stress accumulation between double side copper-plated layers and aluminum nitride substrate

A laser positioning system includes a laser scanner, a first positioning tag, a second positioning tag, and a processing unit. The laser scanner is disposed on a mobile carrier and is for emitting a light beam to a positioning board and receiving a plurality of reflected light spot signals generated by the light beam reflected from the positioning board. The first positioning tag and the second positioning tag are for reflecting the light beam to generate a first positioning signal and a second positioning signal to the laser scanner. The processing unit is for finding information of positions of the light beam projected on the first positioning tag and the second positioning tag, and filtering the reflected light spot signals to define a reference coordinate for the processing to calculate relative positions of the laser scanner and the positioning board according to the reference coordinate.

Laser positioning system and position measuring method using the same

A method utilizes easily obtained carbon as carbon source for sintering, followed by high energy ball milling process with planetary ball mill for high energy homogenous mixing of the carbon source, solvent and nano-level silicon dioxide powder, along with a high energy ball milling process repeatedly performed using different sized ball mill beads, so as to formulate a spray granulation slurry with the optimal viscosity, to complete the process of micronization of carbon source evenly encapsulated by silicon dioxide powders. The optimal ratio of C/SiOis 1-2.5 to produce a spherical silicon dioxide powder (40-50 &#x3bc;m) evenly encapsulated by the carbon source. The powder is then subjected to a high temperature (1450&#x25a1;) sintering process under nitrogen gas. Lastly, the sintered silicon nitride powder is subjected to homogenizing carbon removal process in a rotational high temperature furnace to complete the fabricating process.

A method for preparing spherical aluminum oxynitride powder, comprising the steps of (A) providing an alumina powder and a resin, both of which are then dispersed and dissolved in a solvent to form a mixed slurry; (B) subjecting the mixed slurry to spray drying to form a spherical powder; (C) subjecting the spherical powder to a carbonization treatment under an inert atmosphere to form a carbonized spherical powder; (D) subjecting the carbonized spherical powder to carbothermic reduction in a nitrogen-containing atmosphere at a temperature of 1450&#xb0; C. to 1550&#xb0; C.; (E) keeping the spherical powder that has been subjected to carbothermic reduction in the nitrogen-containing atmosphere to carry out a nitridation reaction at a temperature of 1700&#xb0; C. to 1730&#xb0; C., forming a nitrided spherical aluminum oxynitride powder; (F) subjecting the nitrided spherical aluminum oxynitride powder to decarbonization in an oxygen-containing atmosphere to form the spherical aluminum oxynitride powder.

Method for preparing spherical aluminum oxynitride powder

A yellow light photolithographic process and an electroplating process are performed multiple times to produce copper plated layers on the aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate. The copper plated layers are plated in sequence into a stack structure with each layer having reduced length. The parameters of the yellow light photolithographic process can be adjusted, such that each copper plated layer is formed horizontally for a predetermined length into a stack structure of step layers tapering off upward, while a predetermined angle is formed by the tangent line passing through edges of the respective step layers, and the surface of the AlN substrate. An adhesion layer, a copper seed layer, a first copper plated layer, a second copper plated layer, a third copper plated layer, and a nickel plated layer are formed in sequence on the AlN substrate, to form a metalized circuit of multi-layer stack.

A method and a system for depth selective segmentation of an object are provided. The method comprises the following steps. An image is captured in an invisible domain of the optical spectrum by illuminating a scene of interest under an illumination corresponding to said invisible domain of the optical spectrum by an invisible light illumination unit. A binary mask is obtained from the image according to a threshold. Part of the image is eliminated by applying the binary mask to the image, and resulting in another image. The threshold is changed and another binary mask is obtained. The latest obtained binary mask is applied to the latest captured image. The step of changing of the threshold, the step of obtaining a mask and the step of applying the latest obtained binary mask on the latest captured image are performed at least once.

Method and system for depth selective segmentation of object

An apparatus and a method for rendering three-dimensional stereoscopic images are provided. The apparatus comprises a multi-view processor, an object device, a depth device, and a block filling device. The multi-view processor obtains depth related data of a first pixel and a second pixel which are adjacent to each other on the input image, calculates a difference between the depth related data and determines whether the first pixel and the second pixel are continuous according to the difference. The object device executes a process of object detection to output contour information. The depth device executes a process of object judgment to output distance information. The block filling device detects a hole region in each viewpoint image, searches a search region adjacent to the hole region for a number of original pixels, and fills the hole region.

Apparatus and method for inpainting three-dimensional stereoscopic image

A stereo image depth map generation device that includes a depth calculation module, a first order bilateral filter module and a second order bilateral filter module is provided. The depth calculation module receives a reference image including a plurality of reference pixels and a target image including a plurality of target pixels to generate an initial depth map according to pixel differences of the reference pixels and the target pixels. The first order bilateral filter module receives the initial depth map to perform a first order bilateral filtering calculation according to the initial depth map and the initial depth map itself to generate an averaged depth map. The second order bilateral filter module receives the averaged depth map and the target image to perform a second order bilateral filtering calculation according to the averaged depth map and the target image to generate a refined depth map.

Stereo image depth map generation device and method

An image processing method includes the following steps. An input data including a number of original data are received. The original data are converted into a number of converted emulation voltage signals. At least a simulation circuit model including at least a spatial data node, at least a diffusion node and at least a connection device is established, wherein, the at least a connection device is coupled to a part or all of the at least a spatial data node and the at least a diffusion node. A part or all of the converted emulation voltage signals are supplied to the diffusion node to achieve voltage diffusion among the spatial data nodes and the diffusion nodes via the connection device, so that at least a diffused emulation voltage signal is obtained on the diffusion nodes. Then, processed image data are generated according to the diffused emulation voltage signals.

A holographic recoding medium is provided, having holographic pages. Each page has reference mark (RM) placement areas at fixed locations for placing RM patterns.
